"This little outdoor spot offers cool cocktails, fun variations of hot dogs (the Vietnamese dog is my fave), rotating specials, and usually has good lobster rolls (they tend to sell out quickly). Save room for soft serve bc it is the BEST soft serve in Hudson! No hard ice cream, but there are other places nearby for that (check out Culture Cream for a different ice cream experience). I love Buttercup for a quick, easy, and satisfying meal with a cute outdoor vibe!"
