"Their food was excellent. I came out with a girlfriend/old lady friend from England (whom recommended this place with great taste)and we had some awesome fish and chips. The appetizers came after our fish and chips entre which was still okay we enjoyed some awesome boom boom shrimp and buffalo roasted cauliflower along with a few cider IPAs which were also great."

"This restaurant is incredible! They stay open late and are very friendly. I arrived late at night looking for a few dishes, and they said, "If you can't find what you want, just give us 10 minutes and we'll make it for you." I was craving the margarita pizza, so I decided to wait. I was not disappointed at all. In fact, I loved it so much that I ended up buying the entire meal for my family. The staff was great and the service was impeccable."

"We had a reservation for 4. We were seated fairly quickly but were not able to actually sit in our assigned booth the benches were too close to the table and not able to be moved. There are 3 table booths along that area. It appeared that the benches had been moved at one point, giving a large amount of space to the 1st booth, less to the 2nd, and no ability to sit at the 3rd the one we were assigned to. I am not a large person and I could not fit. So, we were re seated to a table. We spent perhaps 5 minutes at the table before we were approached by the manager who had seated us in the initial location asking why we moved. His immediate approach and assumption was that we just moved ourselves. We had to move yet again because a reservation for a larger group was made and the space was needed. That group took priority over our reservation and reseating. Obviously we did not feel very welcome, even with a reservation. The service was fine but the food especially the fries were served luke warm, making them inedible. No staff came back around to check on us. We were not asked about drink refills. Or if we wanted dessert. It felt like we were an inconvenience. I know it was a Friday evening. They were busy, but not every table or booth was occupied, so service shouldn 't have been anything out of the ordinary. This is not the typical service I 've received at this location. Perhaps it was because of the full moon??"

"The service was terrible. That server was annoyed, upset or a combination of different things. But he was despondent, rude and all around not friendly, corteous at all. Very unprofessional in his responses. Brought lemons that were requested several times in a dirty glass that you could see had “Tajin” from a different drink. The only thing that salvaged the experience, Mother’s day mind you, was the food (though the timing was bad) and a great manager who held himself accountable for the behavior of his staff. He was really kind."

"We were 5 couples who came to celebrate one of our friend’s birthday. We were seated outside, which was very nice and very quiet. Our waiter, Shawn, came by quickly to see if anyone wanted a beer or hard drink. He explained some of the dish specials and gave us time to decide. My wife ordered a Caesar Salad to start and then a nice plate of Chicken Parm. She was one of the few in our party that didn’t have to return their plate. All of us who ordered their 10oz New York strip $21.99) dinner, had to return their plates, as they were very undercooked or not prepared as ordered. The problem started right from the get go, as Shawn was overwhelmed at this point. The plates went back to the kitchen but when returned by some other waiters, they didn’t go back to the right people. It was a mess. After supper, Shawn cleared the table and came back with 10 small plates, which he placed right in front of the Birthday girl. NO surprise now!! After supper, Shawn came back with ONE bill for the table, instead of a bill for each couple. He explained the restaurants policy at which point 2 of us went back to the front reservation desk to argue our case. Finally, after getting nowhere, Dani Hurd, their Senior Service Manager stepped in. She assured us that we would all get individual bills one per couple). She was very nice and calmed everyone down. One last thing. The Birthday Girls daughter had ordered an $80.00 Birthday Cake, which was not delivered to the table."

"I went there on saturday and had a great experience (which is why I didn 't give a one star rating). The worker was very kind and efficient. Because he was so kind and my sandwich was delicious, I decided to go back on tuesday. I was told that I could not get a kid 's meal because they are only for kid 's. This man had no idea who the sandwich was for or if I was taking it home for my nephew or anything. I got a kids meal on that saturday and had no issues. They need to have their employees on the same page if they are going to really enforce this rule. Honestly, I don 't see why they are so up tight about ages with kid 's meals. It was the perfect size for how hungry I was. This was the exact reason I choose to go there. They lost my business that day. When I order a kid 's meal, I clearly don 't want a lot of food, and I am not about to get a whole sandwich that would be wasted. I hope they consider changing this rule."

"A charming spot to enjoy brunch. Food: Delightful flavors, served at the right temperature. However, the queso was a bit too runny, and the portion size didn't quite match the price. Their bottomless mimosas were decent, but the limit of three servings can be a bit of a deal when each glass costs $5. ‍ Service: Our waiter was exceptionally courteous, providing the kind of attentive service one would expect from a high-end dining establishment. "2.5 is better but 3 is good enough. Made a reservation for 12 for the next day but on arrival no such luck. Luckily a lunchtime and the restaurant was empty. We stood around for a while and finally seated. Server was soooo slow and would have killed her to fake a smile. Refills were almost non existent and the food took a long time for such few patrons I. The restaurant. At lunch they should recognize a need for faster service. Food was ok as expected. Lunch special was a nice surprise to keep the price down. One thing was horrible and I know it's a pizza place but if you're gonna charge $18 for a burger it better be good. Was a greasy tiny mess and the fries were mid at best. Getting the check and paying was amazingly long...cmon, a large group at lunch, you know it should be faster. What a waste"

"I?ve been a patron since this location?s inception. At first, there were some growing pains in running such a large operation. They quickly got the kinks worked out in terms of the food quality, and now it would be a struggle to get a table without a wait. The wait is worth it however, as everything about this place totally rocks. The staff are some of the best in Bozeman. The restaurant is clean, beautifully made, and with fun military decor. The prices are fair and the food comes out quickly even when they?re busy. The food is good. It?s not outstanding, but it is reliably good. The stuffed pretzel is my favorite, but everything is a safe bet. The beer list is huge with many rotators and seasonal beers. The alcoholic shakes are another win. Ask about the loyalty program if you plan to be a repeat customer."

"We were celebrating with a work colleague total in the group was 8. Our server was nice and accurate in taking our orders. We arrived at 12:30pm so it was just after the start of lunch rush which I believe contributed to the quicker service for a large party. Our server also was kind enough to provide us with separate checks for everyone in attendance which made it much easier for us. Overall, I recommend dining here for lunch or with a group. The 5th Avenue Theatre is also right across the street which makes it a great location if you are looking for dinner before attending a show."

"Today I was heading to grab some cupcakes for my granddaughters 3rd birthday tomorrow and I stopped by JMarks. I was greeted immediately by the host and was seated riggt away. My server Tessa immediately came over and took my order. It's been over 6 plus months since I last visited the establishment. I first had the warm rolls with the butter that just melted on it. Next up was the spiniach and artichoke dip with fresh chips no salt. Finally my Hawaiian Ribeye Steak arrived which was oh so good along with my loaded baked potato. JMarks is always a great restaurant selection choice. Thank you Tessa for the awesome service."

"The food was okay. Nothing special but the prices were reasonable. The drinks were bad. Way too sugary, very light on the alcohol and expensive. The main reason for my poor review is the experience. We walked in and I slipped on the floor falling very hard on my knee. The hostess was very apologetic and asked if I wanted to speak to a manger. I said not to worry about it. A manager comes over anyway and tells my boyfriend and I that the floor is very slippery and people tend to fall there. I couldn't believe it. Maybe put some sort of mat there? I fell right outside of the kitchen where the floor was a bit wet and luckily, I was okay but they may not be so lucky next time. Also, kind of expected for being injured there that they would have at least offered an appetizer on the house or SOMETHING. The did nothing to try to make up for it. I don't recommend."

"Okay. This is my first rating since moving to MI and WOW! Okay. Only one thing went wrong all the times I’ve been here. They messed up egg whites and had to remake them but my wife already received and finished her food, my food still wasn’t remade. She was also leaving for a road trip and we were kinda in a hurry. But, it happens. They were awesome and tried to give us some cookies as an apology but that wasn’t needed. They are awesome, the cooks are artists and the wait staff is really friendly and approachable. Will always be my first go too."

"A few months back I had the displeasure of visiting the Hudson Blue Crab House, I decided to take my wife and kids to this place as we neared the end of our visit to East Hampton. The service was terrible as we ended up waiting over an hour for our foodeven though the restaurant remained empty throughout the majority of our meal. Once the food finally arrived I was hoping thatour long wait would pay off, but the food was mediocre at best. We left disappointed and angry and will never be going back tothe Hudson Blue establishment again. While I was writing this review I visited the Hudson Blue website which was filled withlazy stock images from online and seemed to be assembled by a toddler. After doing more research I came to discover that many ofthe 5-star reviews are written by the owners of establishment themselves played off as if they are actual customers. Thiscorruption is very disappointing to say the least. To conclude the review, Hudson Blue has terrible service, the food is averageat best, the building seems as if it is dilapidated, and the owners may possibly be corrupt by forging reviews as well as aterribly made website that seemed as if it was crafted by my 4 year old son. I will never be returning to this terriblerestaurant and I hope the fellow readers will heed my warning."
