"Birthday dinner celebration was outside next to the window with magnificent views of the ocean and sunset. The food was good ( chicken was slightly underused) and wine options fair. Service was attentive, but waiter seemed a bit out of his game (hyper). Would try again good value and great views of the sea and the sunset. Outdoor heating also kept us warm!"

"Stumbled on this hidden gem.. Food was delish, staff was great. The portions a huge here for a reasonable price. I ordered the Hobo omelette which had bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, sausage, ham and cheese and hash browns on the side. Which also came with a side of biscuits and gravy.. My boyfriend ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich. He said it had great flavor and it was huge and u have a choice of soup or French fries. All together spent about $30 including our refills on coffee. Definitely will come back. Like I said food was great.."

"Well we had reservations and came to the hostess stand where not one person looked up to tell us “we will be right with you” had to go to Hotel agent and ask “is this seat yourself?” After about 10 mins I finally Said, excuse me to a waitress that was never aware we were standing there “can we be seated please” AND my friend was visibly handicap with a cane. She had to stand. The food was fair. I ordered an extra poached egg and it came out completely hard boiled. I thought this was a chef inspired restaurant. Hard boiled poached egg?? When our waitress asked if I wanted another I said no thank you (we had already waited for our delivered cold food long enough. SHE STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT! We went for breakfast /brunch and we looked up at each other after reading the menu and said “not the greatest menu” I guess if You are staying at the hotel and just grabbing something to fill your belly before getting on the road quickly, this would be fine. But for others coming from outside the hotel, I would say “skip it”"

"Carolina Brewery Pittsboro is a real gem. If you enjoy beer they serve high quality, award winning draft beer brewed on site. They, also, have a good wine menu and provide a generous pour. You, however, don’t need to enjoy beer or wine to appreciate CB Pittsboro. They serve a rotating menu of excellent dishes, they accommodate substitutions and the waits are efficient and friendly. They have a bar food special menu that is extra low priced before 6:00 p.m. ; they are a neighborhood establishment but, are worth the drive even if you don’t live in Pittsboro."

"I visited the restaurant hoping they still had some Rainbow Cookies available, and I was not disappointed. I ended up with a nice-sized box (I won't disclose how many to protect the guilty party) and couldn't resist starting to enjoy them right in the parking lot. They are consistently amazing! "Ordered pancakes and found a hair in the pancakes batter embedded in there. We quietly showed the staff. She then said ?oh that hair thin? (like what does that have to do? anyways then our server came to question us about the hair saying she didn?t see ahair. Then both girls come up and contradict each other,one implying we were lying so I was clearly upset. Me being quiet andnot trying to make a show I go to the register area and ask for then to not remake the pancakes and just give me my bill. Serversaid it?s gonna be a while for her to prepare my ticket then the other staff comes up and says I was threatening her. (I saidI?d give a bad review and complaint due to bad service. they were very unprofessional. The younger server comes back to ourtable and says she?s the owner and doesn?t want problems so she wants us out. I said I?d be happy to leave but I have beenasking for the tab several different times. We left after she continued to kick us out and then as I?m in front of my car of thegirls still comes up to us and yells at me for my number and full name. they KICKED us out because we quietly complained about ahair in the pancake batter.!!! We were harassed and humiliated by the OWNERs. Even the customers next to us were upset about thetreatment we received and kept asking us why they were acting that way with us."

"It seems like this restaurant has improved their service! The order-taking process was efficient and the staff answered all my questions about toppings and combos. I didn't feel hurried by the employees. Both of my orders were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent! "OMG Yum!!!!! This place was not what I had imagined it to be. It is located a walking distance from Shea Honorhealth. We waited 20 minutes to be seated at Noon. The time flew by since we were looking at all of the bakery goods. A patron at a table in the bakery saw us looking at the menu and she told us what she was eating. It sounded so good my husband ordered that. It was Sheila'Turkey Sliders. I shared Mark's Monte Cristo with my granddaughter. And they actual served the split meal on separate plates. So nice! My granddaughter also got the chicken matzo ball soup which is $3 less when ordered with a sandwich. Adam our waiter was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The whole experience was enjoyable. Our total was $50. My husband and granddaughter both took part of their meals home. All if us loved the flavors of our meals. Then we bought some baked goods to take home, $9. Seriously come try this place!"

"06/23/22 Mixed bag. Decaf coffee was fresh and good, my French Toast was good, and staff were very pleasant, thus the 2 stars. However, wife 's Traditional was a total disappointment: Over-easy eggs were crispy , potatoes appeared and tasted relatively under-cooked [some didn 't even look browned, some actually still hard], bacon was way under-cooked for our taste [portions of the fat were not even browned]. We had a long day ahead so wife gutted it out, picking at the adequately cooked portions, so we could get moving. Otherwise would have sent the entire dish back. They tout themselves as a slow restaurant. Slow is ok if the food is great, but shouldn 't slow at least mean cooked through? Very unlikely to return."

"Absolutely excellent coffee! The cafe is a welcome oasis in my life. It 's very peaceful and full of plants and flowers. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly. I couldn 't believe how clean it was, especially in the bathroom which is how I judge a place. It was my first time here and I made friends with one of their new customers. It was also the meeting place for my Neighborhood Coffee Club. We agreed that we need to keep meeting here. The staff are incredibly friendly and very quick to get your order to you. I really appreciate it all of the free parking around it and the neighborhood is beautiful. I can 't wait to visit again soon! You have to try Lyn 's Magic Mocha ! It 's to die for!"

"My wife and I have eaten takeout bagels from here nearly every weekday since we moved to the neighborhood. I actually used to work in the neighborhood and live in the mission and this bagel shop was one of the reasons I was looking forward to moving to this neighborhood. They have such great food, great bagels, great sandwiches with a really great variety of very fresh and quality toppings. They have something for everyone, have super consistently great food, and the service from the three people that work there couldn't be better. They always make my day start off on the right foot. I'm very grateful for the service they provide our neighborhood. A delicious, quick, and affordable breakfast served with great service is such a great way to start the day.
