"Oh boy, well, first thing is the place is very difficult to find. We had different GPS programs going and still drove around for an extra minutes. We viewed the menu online and it is different than what the restaurant offered. They said they "updated" (read downsized) the menu a few weeks back and haven't had a chance to update the online menu? Really? Then, our sweet waitress was not very good with English and didn't know the menu or the ingredients so was not of much help with answering questions. Most items indicated "heat" had been added jalapeno, roasted red pepper sauce said to be "hot", pepperjack cheese. I know "heat" is all the rage but when you only have dozen sandwiches it would be nice to have reasonable alternatives. I like flavor but not heat. Speaking of which I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and no heat but on the bland side. My aunt ordered the wings and also found them bland, and my friend ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and had to ask for ranch dressing to pick up the flavor a little bit. Overall we felt we might give it a try again after covid is well behind us and the menu is improved, but maybe not. For now I don't recommend. Cincinnati has so many fabulous restaurants that the mediocre ones may not last that long. My thought is that it is great to give people who don't speak English well a job, but it is a disservice to the customers to have them in public contact positions. When some one begins their answers with "I think" that is not at all reassuring. "I don't know but I'll find out" would be better, and even better yet would be, especially with a small menu, making sure the servers understand the flavors of the items they are serving. Training is definitely in order so they can answer those kinds of questions with confidence"
