"I was not particularly interested in the Colarado-Southwest menu, however, it was excellent! We had both, the salmon and lamb, very different preparations, and exquisite. My only criticism was our server did not make a point of serving the ladies first. Is that not a tradition any longer in fine dining? Also, it is really hard to get a reservation. I've stayed up late to log onto Open Table right at midnight and only once so far was I able to get in."
