"I was not particularly interested in the Colarado-Southwest menu, however, it was excellent! We had both, the salmon and lamb, very different preparations, and exquisite. My only criticism was our server did not make a point of serving the ladies first. Is that not a tradition any longer in fine dining? Also, it is really hard to get a reservation. I've stayed up late to log onto Open Table right at midnight and only once so far was I able to get in."

I enjoyed the atmosphere; it felt very much like a real restaurant. Our server was polite and attentive. It's important to note that this is a classroom setting, and everyone is learning. Overall, I had a great experience, and I appreciated that we could bring our own wine.
