"After many years, we decided to revisit Tu Sei Bella based on our fond memories of the delicious food. Although the flavors were just as we remembered, we were disappointed by the poor kitchen timing. Despite the pizzas arriving promptly for three members of our group, the other dishes, like my child's plain pasta with sauce, took a frustratingly long 30 minutes to be served. This resulted in half of us finishing our meals while the rest waited hungrily. It's a pity that such a fantastic dining experience was marred by this issue. We would love to return for the tasty food, but the timing concerns were a significant letdown."

"I also ordered a sausage hero and called ahead to ask if they included sauce on the sandwich. They assured me it would be on the side, which was perfect since I didn’t want any. But to my surprise, they added the sauce anyway. On top of that, the bread was so hard that it could have cracked a tooth. When I received my food, the container and receipt were stained with tomato sauce, and it wasn’t packed properly. How could they not seal my order? Customers need to feel secure that their food hasn’t been tampered with, especially with food spilling out of the packaging. The only thing that looked decent were the zeppolis, but I didn’t want to risk eating them after everything that happened. I was really upset because I was starving and ended up having to settle for a can of soup."

"I absolutely adore deep dish pizza, but have never been able to find a vegan version until now! After 11 years of searching, I finally stumbled upon a place that serves deep dish Sicilian pizza. It is hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted. The crust has just the right amount of crispiness and the cheese is out of this world. My boyfriend and I are completely obsessed with it. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is a must-try! We are willing to drive over an hour just to indulge in this delicious pizza whenever we have the chance. "Horrendous customer service. I spent over $50 for a salad and a pizza and a side of spaghetti for my kid. I asked for salad dressing on the side and parmesan on side for spaghetti. No dressing. No parmesan. My kid refused to eat the pasta and well who eats a salad with no dressing. Called the restaurant and they said sorry, we can 't bring your dressing. I asked if I 'm expected to eat a plain salad after spending $18 on this salad plus close to $10 in delivery fees, service fee and that 's not including the tip. They still said ummm sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. It was like speaking to a teenager. Ummm sorry. This is ridiculous. I spent over $50 and couldn 't even enjoy my dinner with my kids. No salad dressing for my $18 salad. What kind of restaurant is this???Update: The manager said he would try to get a driver to bring my salad dressing. They never showed up."

"I asked for a moment to discuss alternative options with my family, but the person on the phone responded with an irritable tone, insisting that I needed to figure out what my family wanted because they couldn't fulfill my initial order. There was also no mention of a refund for the price difference, leaving me to wonder if I would have to take that up with my bank later. Honestly, this person's attitude almost made me want to cancel my entire order, especially given my attempts to be polite. I understand that things can go wrong, but I still wanted to give their business a chance. However, the customer service was exceptionally poor. I don't know who answered the phone, but the restaurant should really consider training their staff to communicate better with customers. As for the food, we had requested to have a sub cut into thirds instead of halves, but that request was apparently too much to accommodate. The representative made a big deal about needing to make fresh pizza because they didn’t have any pre-baked crusts available, despite the fact that the hotel was only a short 7-minute drive away from the restaurant. Also, when delivering to a hotel, it would be nice to include utensils, napkins, or something similar, especially since I had ordered two salads. The food was decent, but the overall experience in the restaurant was quite disappointing."

"My boyfriend and I just bought a house here. We are quickly discovering Scranton food is … weird. This pizza is one of the better pizzas we’ve had (out of maybe 12 pizzerias). We ordered NY style since he lived there as a boy and frankly the other pizza had American cheese on it, which is disgusting. There was this weird flavor though specifically with the cheese. It tasted like Kraft Mac N Cheese powder! Why does everything here have the flavor that it once came from a box? This is not the apocalypse yet guys. Additionally, they clearly use jarred garlic rather than fresh when ordered on (the other) pie. It tastes super sharp. Everyone in Scranton seems to be getting away with mediocrity. I don’t see this is sustainable. This place was okay otherwise though. Great crust. Okay sauce. Mostly good cheese."

"stopped to grab two discs to go on a Tuesday afternoon. I made her go and go. because it was a nice day, I decided to sit on one of the outside tables they had. I couldn't even open my pizzendose before the dame came in the inner one that was expelled that I sat on one of the outer ones. “Outside seats are only for dunes” is what she yells at me with such attitude. Now I can understand if the place was hoping on a Saturday night or something where people wait for tables, but there was no one there. No person sitting inside or outside. if I had a restaurant, I would probably want someone to sit outside eating on a day I had no one. Maybe someone goes by and says I'd like to take a disc and sit outside. more business? art of free advertising. so long story short I eat my food in my truck and since I type this review, there was not a customer who came. I will not go back just because, how rude I was treated. it is also a scandal because the pizza was really good."

"We've been customers for 20 years since we moved to the area. They are a large family and have always consistently provided great food and service. We have inaugurated, ordered to go and delivered meals. You also looked after our parties and family dinners, and I can never remember ever having problems. We have been pulled out of the state since then and go for a few meals when we visit back. We recently had my son's graduation party when we came home last weekend. "I discovered hair in my Chicken Parmigiana dinner, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've heard of something like this happening. I should have paid attention to the warnings, but I learned the hard way when I had hair in my mouth. I was really hungry, and this was the only restaurant nearby at the time. The back of the place was very dirty, and I would advise against using the bathroom, as it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I truly hope the health inspector pays a visit to this establishment. A friend of mine recently experienced food poisoning after dining here as well."
