"I have been a loyal customer of Ballydoyle Irish Pub for a long time, but lately, my experiences haven’t been very positive, mainly due to slow service. The staff are friendly and professional, but there have been times when only one or two servers were working. Despite this, management doesn’t seem to limit the number of tables in use, which puts a lot of strain on the servers and the kitchen, which also seems understaffed. During my last visit, it took 45 minutes to receive our drinks and meal, and the order was incorrect. The servers did their best to keep us informed, but there wasn’t much they could do to fix things. It was clear they were overwhelmed. I hope management considers reducing the number of tables served at one time to improve the overall experience. The only manager we saw appeared to take more smoke breaks than the servers took breaks. I really hope Ballydoyle improves soon, as it has long been one of our favorite spots in the area."
