"I've never ordered anything and not liked it. Even when the parking lot looks packed it is well worth it to dine-in or take out. When dining-in my food is ready by the time I decide on what I want to drink from the wall of coolers. Haven't really picked up take out in awhile, they deliver and so does DoorDash. Since they reopened I believe they operate smoother during peak hours."

"Pretentious and fake welcoming. Person that checked me out was not a good listener. So far the food tastes good though. I just don’t know if I’ll stop back in if I’m ever in town from Michigan again. I agree with one of the other reviewers. Giving whites only but we’ll fake it to take your money. I bought about ten items and this lady asked me would I like a bag. Get some class/etiquette!Dietary restrictions: Raw plant based/vegan foods. They have juices and meals but everything is pre made. No telling how long it’s been sitting but I guess the earlier in the day the better."

"I always have a great experience whenever I dine here. The servers are attentive and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. "Unfortunately, the dining area was not clean, and it appeared as if it hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The table next to us had old cheese stuck to the floor, suggesting it had been there since the previous day. The staff member at the front seemed more focused on preparing pizza boxes than maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Everything—from the drink station to the tables and floors—needed a good cleaning. I believe they might be losing customers due to the lack of cleanliness, which is unfortunate because the food was quite decent, and the location is great. The management really needs to step up and address these issues with their staff. After all, in the post-COVID era, we all know that every customer counts and no one can afford to lose business."

"I tried this restaurant for the first time through a door-to-door delivery service. Despite the 45-minute wait, the food arrived warm. My family and I were all satisfied. "I ordered a Greek salad and some garlic knots today. The salad was delicious, but the garlic knots were completely burned. There’s no way they should have left the kitchen like that. I called and spoke to David, the manager, about the issue. He provided excellent customer service and ensured that my food was replaced, successfully preventing them from losing me as a customer since I hadn't ordered from them in a while. Great job, David! "I ordered a calzone through their website, which was a straightforward process. I appreciated that I could select cash payment at the restaurant, which is a nice rarity. This was my second time trying the Spinach and Ricotta calzone, and it was absolutely delicious. I also got the kids' Cheese Ravioli with meat sauce (I opted for that instead of the regular marinara). It could have used a little more sauce to cover the edges of the ravioli, but overall, it was very tasty, tender, and easy to eat. I would definitely order both again."

"0/5 stars. After a long day my friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat we 've never had before. Unfortunately it was around 10:00 and not a lot of places stay open that late anymore. My friend has a baby that just turned 2 and we were unsure if this was a regular bar and grill we could eat at.We called before coming and a member of the staff said that normally after 10 they don 't have anyone young but because he was a baby that she said it should be fine for us to go ahead and come get some food. After trying to find our way there we were told to wait outside because they were trying to have a woman with her several children who were acting up leave. The bouncer even said it should be fine once she leaves.After patiently waiting we finally got inside just to receive hateful staredowns from the bartender while we tried to look at a menu. Granted the place was pretty busy with people ordering drinks and loud music, however since we had not been there previously we were unsure of the atmosphere of the bar and grill(again this is why we called ahead) although we were at a table away from everyone else.The bouncer that told us we could come in was outside and another employee decided to come up and tell us that we would have to order our food to go because the bartenders didn 't want us there with a baby (confirming the rude looks we were receiving from the bartenders).At this point my friend and I are pretty hangry and irritated. We would have loved to have tried the food and although I understand the rules a place of business,That was the exact reason we called ahead.Whoever we spoke to should have been more clear and not had us waste our time.We were embarrassed and looked like ignorant fools being told we had to leave after all of that. Your staff should do better. Especially for a new customers. We were unaware of just how much of a bar This bar and grill was since neither of us had ever been to one before. Once again, hence why we called ahead to ask. We would not have even tried to come if they had told us it would have been any sort of issue on the phone.Considering I had plenty of to spend that was a loss on their part and I don 't believe that either of us will attempt to come back again. Especially after the hateful looks from the bartenders when I 'm pretty sure it was one of them who answered the phone. What a shame. Do better."

"On this evening, I went to fulfill a request of a void friend who wasn 't feeling well. They 'd ask for a pizza from a known vendor. The location isn 't desirable because at night their is a club that host adult entertainment and it spoils outside. However, Paisanos was open on in my general vicinity. I stopped in and was greeted by the owner. The store was empty, so I asked for a moment to review the menu. I decided on a large pizza with meat toppings, which I was choosing. The owner advised on a meat lover 's because it would be cheaper. I went with his suggestion and ordered a calzone as well. It didn 't take too long, although it felt like an eternity because I was the only person here. When I reverie it and took it to its destination everyone was very surprised at the size and the amount of meat on the pie. However, my calzone was cut like a Stromboli on the top. Anyone who is familiar with a calzone and a Stromboli knows the cure is not on a calzone. This is the only issue I have with Paisanos. But overall, the order was good, and the orbs had flavor. I would definitely go back, but I would have to explain the difference between the calzone and Stromboli being from NYC and eating at pizzerias for most of my life. Parking: The pushing spots are absinthe at the front of the store. Kid-friendliness: Professional and friendly."

"This seems to have just been a bad order or one off experience because there are some really good elements to their pie. Unfortunately, only a couple of slices were enjoyable. The pie must have shifted going into the oven because a couple slices had no crust. I really enjoyed their dough bake. Definitely reminds me of a more ?east coast? pie. The biggest issue I had was all the grease. This made the eating experience pretty rough. Don?t get me wrong fat adds flavor. But this pie was dripping swimming in it. This also made it VERY difficult to just pick up a slice eat. My girlfriend grabbed one of the firmer slices and stopped after 1 bite because of the excess grease. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, so I?m assuming this was the culprit albeit much worse than any other pepperoni pie I?ve had elsewhere. I definitely plan to give this place another shot down the road. That being said, I?ll definitely be sampling other, new (to me) options before I circle back. Hopefully next time is a redemption story."
