"Unfortunately, the dining area was not clean, and it appeared as if it hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The table next to us had old cheese stuck to the floor, suggesting it had been there since the previous day. The staff member at the front seemed more focused on preparing pizza boxes than maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Everything—from the drink station to the tables and floors—needed a good cleaning. I believe they might be losing customers due to the lack of cleanliness, which is unfortunate because the food was quite decent, and the location is great. The management really needs to step up and address these issues with their staff. After all, in the post-COVID era, we all know that every customer counts and no one can afford to lose business."

Really great pizza. I had to look for a place because I do not live in Frederick. Paisano's will now be my spot for pizza in Frederick. I am from Syracuse New York and can vouch for its NY pizza claim.

Great pizza and great service. We got 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese and a full pepperoni pizza was sent. We called and they had a free cheese pizza delivered! Outstanding customer service. Paisano's is our #1 pizza place in Frederick! View menu

Ordered two flavored wings and they made all in one flavor and not honoring customer good food. New lady at the front door needs more customer service experience. This place used to me more customer oriented. At Paisanos, the prices are quite reasonable...every day I receive in my email an attractive special. I think yesterday's was buy a full sized pizza at full price, get one for just $2! In today's inflation fueled economy, you just cannot beat that.When I pick up, the employees who hand the food over are extremely polite, which is a good thing! I get the feeling that my business is noticed and appreciated.The menu here is quite extensive, and includes burgers and salads in addition to the standard Italian fare. I got a double cheeseburger and fries recently and it was fresh, well cooked, and tasty.This review replaces one I just wrote...I found I had much more to say.
