"I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends. The customer service was terrible and the food was not very good, especially the malai kofta. The lady taking our order seemed rushed and missed a couple of items. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"I am giving this place 5 bc they are by far the most well rounded restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. Their food is tasty, their service is by far the best I’ve received in an Indian restaurant. I moved from FL to CA just recently and wanted to try this place out. I am glad, this place has such a high bar for service and quality of Indian food. Things that stood out to me: since the moment we sat down, they were very attentive. They made us feel welcome. My water was never less than half full (HUGE PLUS) they listened to our order and got it correct! My wife ordered kulfi but forgot to mention she’s allergic to nuts and they brought us pistachio kulfi which they let me but also gave my wife mango kulfi (on the house) which really earned them few stars! The last star was earned when they noticed we didn’t use the plastic bag to pack our food, their server brought us a brown paper bag to put our left over containers in. This… goes beyond what we expect as customers and earned them their 5th star. Keep doing an amazing job guys! You’ve earned a loyal customer from here on out!"

"Just go, trust me, you won't regret it. The food is amazing! The place is so beautiful, the lights are a bit dime with instrumental music playing. The waiters are so friendly and on top of everything. The food is a little price for the portions size( a bit on the smaller size), but it's worth it. You must get the saag bhaji, pair it with the garlic Naan, you'll thank me later. So many great choices you can't go wrong. The mango Lassi is the best I ever had! You will have a great time here."

"Bombay Grill is hands down the absolute best indian food I have ever had in my life! Every entree we ordered was bursting with flavor with the perfect amount of spices. We ordered everything mild due to me having a sensitive stomach and everything was perfect and good on my stomach. We ordered the palak paneer, chicken korma, garlic naan, Jasmine rice and mango lassi. I cannot express how good this food is! You have to taste it to beleive it. The server was very nice and professional. The interior looks beautifully remodeled. We drove from orange and is definately worth the drive. I highly recommend eating here. It really is the best indian food I have ever had."

"I had a terrible experience yesterday at Atul Purohit Garbha. They have definitely lost my business. There was no empathy for people waiting in line for over an hour. It was a shame to see people leaving to eat elsewhere while Atul Purohit Garba was the partner. The event was poorly organized and mismanaged, with people waiting in food lines for more than an hour. The kitchen couldn't keep up with the small crowd and there were no efforts to speed up service. The counter staff was taking their time, eating samosas and allowing their friends to cut in line. Despite there being only 20-25 people in line when we joined, we waited over an hour to reach the counter and purchase food tickets. Some people were insensitive, cutting in line or placing orders for others waiting. I had to call out a few people who were placing orders after receiving their tickets, causing delays at the food counter. After waiting for over an hour, we left without placing an order. I have been attending Atul Purohit Garba for a long time, but have never experienced such mismanagement. I am not sure who organizers Hemanth and Jayesh Mehta are, but they should not be hosting any more events. They are wasting people's time and money."

To make matters worse, our order did not come with rice, which had always been included in our meals before. When we called to inquire about the missing rice, we were met with an argument that rice was listed as a side dish that needed to be purchased separately, which was not our previous experience.
