"Visited HOH for the first time in a long while this weekend. Food and drinks were fantastic. Can?t wait to eat my leftovers. I really liked the Honey Walnut chicken. It?s got a sweet flavor but delicious. The Mongolian Beef was also really good. The fried rice was just ok. Had a Smokey flavor which was different. They mentioned they had a new chef so it could?ve been a learning curve. Our service was just ok. Our waitress would disappear and we asked for items that just never came. We asked for water and we ended up asking the manager for water. She just seemed very distracted. It could?ve just been a bad night for her. Love the atmosphere here. And when they open the doors in the front it?s even better. Definitely recommend and plan to return again. Hopefully sooner than last time!"

"We are interested in healthy food without oil. We don't eat meat, dairy, fried food, or seafood. We asked Evan to fix us a special vegan roll, not sure if he was up to the challenge. Boy, did he impress! He made two rolls: one w slow cooked mushrooms (not pictured) and also nigiri w roasted yellow peppers (not pictured). It was outstanding! He also fixed us some tofu w scallions and a simple sauce which he and his wife enjoy at home. We also got some udon noodles and steamed vegetables which were outstanding.It was so good we were practically licking the plates!We heartily recommended them to our monthly WVegan Supper Club as our members are interested in heart healthy food.Such a lovely meal everything was so delicious! We will definitely be back!!! Vegetarian options: I didn't even look for vegan options. I simply described what we wanted (no oil/cholesterol being key) and asked Evan (the sushi chef) to see what he could do to make something tasty. We were not disappointed! He gave us two outstanding vegan rolls, a plate of tofu with scallions and Dashi, and we also had a plate of steamed vegetables and a side of udon which we seasoned with fresh lemon slices and a bit of soy sauce. Dietary restrictions: We eat a WFPBNO for cardiovascular health. The chef was easily able to make several dishes without oil or fried food, meat or dairy, and they were still very flavorful and delicious. So good, we were simply astonished. Most people don't know how to make tasty food under those conditions."

"I love Chili Thai and have been ordering from them for years; the food is always fresh and delicious and packed well for delivery. My only complaint is that recently, when ordering on DoorDash, all the entrées and even the soup require you to order rice (at an additional charge) you cant move forward with the order until you do. I end up with a lot of rice I dont want and a significantly bigger tab, which is disappointing and will probably turn me off from ordering as frequently from them. Oh, and while Im kvetching: I wish they would fix their page on here so the pictures actually match the menu items! Other than that, theyre great."

"We really wanted a place away from the hustle of the conference we were attending. The drive to the Queen Anne district was stunning, and the restaurant sits amongst other small spots in the neighborhood shopping area. They have a cocktail area down a few steps with small tables and booths, but we decided on a dinner table where we still ordered unique and ginger-infused cocktails. Basically, a twist on traditional drinks. The appetizers (chicken skewers, vegetable fried egg rolls, and other bits) were so good, I forgot to take pics. My friends each had a red snapper curry and sticky rice on the side, which was such a generous portion, they both took some home for later. My rice noodles and seafood soup was good, but a little flat. Once I added chile paste, it came alive. I give grace on seasoning, because restaurants have to appeal to a wide range of palates. The ambiance was great for friends even though most tables were couples out for the evening. The vibe is perfect for date night, but not uptight. Our server was the best (see pic); yet, he was professional."

"Really good pizza. Everything I have ordered here has been excellent over the last couple years. Great flavors and high quality toppings all around. It is pricey, so I don 't go as often as I would like. The place is huge and can easily accommodate large parties and gatherings. It also has several rooms for young children to play in so this should appeal to families with young ones. I really appreciate their wide hours of operation. They are open until Midnight most days and on Friday and Saturday they are open until 1am. Most other pizza places in town shut down at 10. Check 'em out!"

"My daughter and I enjoyed a quick service lunch starting with crab wontons with cream cheese. It was a little different from my experience with crab Rangoon from different restaurants. Not as light and airy but still tasty with the sweet chili plum sauce. My daughter enjoyed her beef yellow curry which had potatoes and some veggies. I had the Panang curry with chicken and it had the red bell peppers and onions in it but I was hoping for the bamboo shoots but I think it may only come in the red curry which is what I usually get. The Panang is more rich and has chopped peanuts in the broth. It was super delish and perfect with the 3 stars out of 5 which was mild for us. We both had a side of rice and then ended sharing an extra bow just to eat with the soup at the end. It was so yummy!!!! Definitely needed the soup and a mild heat to beat the winter chill!"

"I truly believe it’s impossible to have a bad meal here! My wife adored the drunken noodles with shrimp; they were a bit too spicy for my taste, but she enjoyed every bite. I opted for the steak special, and while I usually prefer my steak medium-well, it was so tender that I could cut it with a fork, plus it was deliciously seasoned. The wine list is extensive yet very reasonably priced. If you know what you're after, you can find some excellent selections without breaking the bank. Our appetizers (the dumplings for her and the ripe mango for me) were nearly too beautiful to eat! And you absolutely can’t miss sharing the homemade Thai tea ice cream. I can definitely recommend this place to all my friends from out of town!"

"On 09/24/2022, I ordered Chicken Pad Thai via GrubHub from the 3213 S. 38th St. Tacoma, WA. location. Since moving to Tacoma, I've been going here for quite some time, I usually go pick it up myself but every now and then I have it delivered. Boy, hassomething changed with this restaurant, maybe new owners, new cooks, I have no idea what changed other than the quality of theirfood. The Chicken Pad Thai was absolutely inedible. First off, when I opened the container I saw the noodles sitting in anorange in color pool of grease. I was so hungry, I pulled from the top of Pad Thai, took a few bites but the noodles were wayundercooked, I couldn't even chew them. Not much chicken in it and what was in their was so tough to chew, like it wasovercooked or been sitting out and dried up. This is the worst food I've ever had from them. This place use to be really good,but something has definitely changed here. I have been a loyal customer and not only going inside to sit down for dinner, to picking up food to go or having it delivered every now and then. Maybe having food delivered, they just don't care about whatthey serve out of their kitchen. I ended up throwing it away it away, might as well of lit $23.00 bucks on fire. I will neverorder from them again. I live 2 miles away from this restaurant and I was the delivery drivers direct run, meaning he didn'thave any stops in-between. Time to find a new Thai Restaurant that cares and takes pride in what they serve out of theirKitchen!"

"Rude bartender . Dirty dishes and glasses all over the bar ... took 15 mins for us to be greeted with the dirty dishes still in front of me. Finally cleared the bar but didn't even wipe it down. We just wanted 2 quick rounds (me bartender of 10 years) my boyfriend( a chef) so it's bad enough we already walked into this establishment thinking because the area we'll receive some GOOD service ... but instead after placing our cocktail order she's taking shots and closing tabs and chatting.... How ? Can you not multitask ? Or at least start your new guest? First time there will not be back truly sad"

"great little local gem. Eating was excellent. the staff were friendly and offer great customer service. we got the Thursday family special, the 6 crab rangoons, 4 egg rolls, 2 big chicken curls or noodles for $20. they have these big plastic cups that they get free when they get a drink. would be highly recommended."
