"This place lives off it's past greatness. The waiting area is first come first served, unless you are a regular who get to skip the line and can place their drink order early. Our server was not good. Took a while, rude and forgetful. Pictures will show you everything. Try to find the sunny side up eggs, none they brought me omelet. Yes taste was good. The place is super loud and it sounds like dishes are being broken every 5 minutes. For the amount you are paying and the tip that is required you can find other near by places. I am giving 3 stars because the food was good."

"awesome! I have organized a party at the weekend in one of the party rooms. from the time I left the payment until the time of the party, the personal was wonderful. always available and accommodating. I was allowed to come early in the day of the event to decorate and the staff even helped. the food, the drinks and the waiters were amazing. we couldn't fit all balloons in the car, so they kept the balloons graciously and we picked them up the next day. I love this place. I hope that I will host other events and will definitely be regularly in the restaurant."

"I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte along with a delicious fruit and Nutella French toast. Everything had an amazing aroma, making it hard to choose just one thing. The menu features a diverse selection of Mexican and American dishes for breakfast and lunch. I sat at the bar where the barista was attentive, providing quick and friendly service to all the customers. I overheard someone enthusiastically praising Nasario for making the BEST micheladas, and I definitely plan to return to try them and other dishes that Jinky has to offer."

"I typically get my orders delivered, but this time I chose to dine in. The table wasn't clean when I arrived, so I asked a staff member to wipe it down, and they did comply. I expected that restaurants would have improved their cleanliness standards since the pandemic, but it seems that work ethics may have declined as well. I still prefer delivery since the food is good, but I think I’ll stick to eating at home for now. It seems like the restaurant has changed management, as the last time I was there, someone else was in charge."

"Very disappointed. I have always loved Palms, but I will not be returning. I went to get breakfast one day and due to some health issues I had to bring my own cup, so I could have something to drink. Before I could sit down she told me that I couldnot have my own cup and made me take my cup back to my car. She was not nice about the situation. Not accommodating at all. Irecently went back to give the establishment another chance and I told my waiter that my omelet was not done. The middle wasrunny and I could not finish it. Nobody did nothing, manager never acknowledged the situation. Female owner is not personableat all."

"My first visit to this restaurant last week was so enjoyable that I returned for a second visit within the same week. I was already impressed during my first visit, but the second visit surpassed my expectations, prompting me to leave a review. The waitress remembered us from our previous visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner even personally came out from the kitchen to welcome us and deliver our food, which was a nice touch. The crepes I ordered were beautifully crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside - absolutely delicious! Despite cheating on my diet, I couldn't resist trying the club sandwich and thick waffles, which also looked very appetizing. Overall, I had a great experience at the restaurant and will definitely be returning for more. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious."

I usually don't complain, but this experience was disappointing. The waitress mentioned that this was how they typically serve them. When she brought the plate back, I should have asked her to take it off my order instead. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Hopefully, they'll do better next time."

"I came here for breakfast a few times. When I first came here, I had their crepes. There were four large crepes that were covered with powder sugar and whipped cream. You were pretty good. I had to take the last home because they really are full. I also ordered a size of bacon that was beautiful and crispy. The second time I came here, I had the 4 for $4 that were eggs, hash browns, bacon and French toast. Very good portion size. I couldn't finish everything. Everything tasted pretty good. The oash-browns might have been spiced a little too much with salt. Bacon was beautiful and crispy. Good place for breakfast any day!"

"There was a lot of garbage on the floor under our table. Service was ok, the waitress took minutes before telling my wife they were out of the beer she ordered, then took another minutes before bringing her replacement selection. "Traveling from Chicago to the Twin Cities on Easter Sunday, we were afraid we had to eat quickly, but Google Maps led us here. Wonderful food, friendly service and a well-equipped kitchen! Daughter had berry pancakes with fresh whipped cream and fresh fruit – everything was perfect. Petes Crepes were wonderful and hearty. Husband had Irish hash- and said it was the best he had. We wished to live closer, but will plan our next trip with this stop in the eye."

"From the moment we went in, we received outstanding service. Our waitress was attentive and with enthusiasm. The interior of the restaurant is very cozy. They got fresh squeezed orange juice, so good. Pancakes were nice and yummy. Hubby enjoyed the Southwestern Brisket Skillet that our waitress recommended. And I got the Starwood Egg Benedict. It was good, but the eggs were more like hard boiled and not pouched. We pointed it out to our waitress and asked her if this is how they normally make the Egg Benedict. She addressed it and brought me the pouched eggs in a separate bowl. But by the time they came, I had already eaten one of them and I was too full for the 2nd one. So I didn't get to have my Benedict with the runny yoke on top."

"We planned to visit the Eihafencafé on Saturday morning, but it seems that all the popular breakfast spots get packed on weekends. There was a one-hour wait for a table at Eierhafen, so we decided to look for an alternative. We found this nearby place with just a 15-minute wait, so we went there instead. We ordered avocado toast, sweet potato soup, toast, and hash browns. The hash browns were unseasoned, but the sweet potato soup was really good. The avocado toast was a bit different than what I'm used to, as it had pesto on it, which I found tasty. The latte was decent as well."

"One employee was let go from the downtown location for time theft but is still employed at the Evanston branch. Additionally, the restaurant manager in Evanston was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a female coworker, who was the assistant manager. When their relationship ended, she was terminated. Overall, the management and ownership of this restaurant are unprofessional and a real disappointment."

"I last visited Portland a few years back and had such a delightful experience at The Waffle Window that I had to return on my recent trip. The waffles were just as delicious as I remembered. Most dishes come with only one waffle, except for the full order of Chicken and Waffles, but they are still quite filling. My friend and I each ordered two waffles and we were utterly stuffed! I did wish the fried chicken served with the Chicken and Waffles had a bit more seasoning—perhaps a touch more salt and pepper would do the trick. Additionally, it would be great to see more savory vegetarian options on the menu. Nonetheless, this place is definitely a must-visit when you're in Portland!"

"I definitely love the overall experience after visiting the place for the very first time. I went in here for the first time and I kinda regret not visiting the place sooner. I’ve known this place for a long time and my friend actually recommended it. First thing inside is their high bar stools and in the front is the kitchen and the staff. They also have outdoor seating and the place was pretty clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was about to go outside for a better view and atmosphere but the staff really entertained me and I enjoyed watching them making the food. I just ordered a breakfast burrito and a vanilla milkshake. They also have a wide menu and there are a lot of options either, burgers and anything you could ask for is available in their menu and of course, at a very reasonable price, Service is quick and the burrito has a huge portion when it is served to me. I definitely like their breakfast burrito. Everything seems to be good in it and the flavors are all in there. The milkshake is pretty good too. My first time would definitely not be the last and I will definitely be back and will surely try other delicious foods they offer."

French fries still had a bit of a crunch which was insane because of the distance Con: one slice of cheese. with the size of the burger, there should be two Onion Rings always ordered, not crunchy but always amazing. 16 Oz. Peanut Butter Shake so good, so thick. Con: wish they had a bigger size. pro: the food is always good and if its in point all these times, for delivery, its a permanent place on my list. cons: they keep forgetting the Cole slaw with the burgers and utensils but if thats our biggest problem, I can live with it"
