"This place lives off it's past greatness. The waiting area is first come first served, unless you are a regular who get to skip the line and can place their drink order early. Our server was not good. Took a while, rude and forgetful. Pictures will show you everything. Try to find the sunny side up eggs, none they brought me omelet. Yes taste was good. The place is super loud and it sounds like dishes are being broken every 5 minutes. For the amount you are paying and the tip that is required you can find other near by places. I am giving 3 stars because the food was good."

nostalgic for me, but consistently good quality breakfast. Service is expedient and attentive. Recommend to everyone.

Good food, excellent attentive service, but everything is cramped/small spaces, even for staff to work ... and no alcohol ...?

Classic Brooklyn breakfast spot, would go every weekend if my cholesterol would allow for it. Food and drinks are all excellent, service is friendly and fast.

One of our favorite local spots! The service is incredibly quick, and we hardly ever have to wait. We enjoy having a relaxed breakfast or lunch here. Even though we're moving out of the area, we're definitely going to miss this place! View menu

A lovely corner joint for early morning breakfast. Affordable, quick, and a convenient setting for people watching. My breakfast was hot and delicious and the coffee was strong. Go for the Clark's Benedict, stay for the cute outside tables and great service.

This place was amazing, not only should you come here for breakfast, come everyday. It?s a small restaurant, but it?s ran very efficiently. Service is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was delightful. It?s a great little cafe. If I lived here, I?d be a regular.

We had a great breakfast here. Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine and a Godfather chicken burger. Some coffees that were decent (for US coffee and really good strawberry banana smoothies. It was busy, still the service was quick and friendly. The few loud American patrons add to the atmosphere ; View menu

We came here based on reviews and lined up outside to be seated. We waited around 15 minutes and was hosted and welcomed in a friendly manner. The menu was great but the food was not so good. The eggs were just tossed with no presentation and slapped on the plate. Caffeinated drinks were amazing and as for my friends orange juice, they said it was not good. Pancakes were amazing. But we were really hungry and wanted good tasting food.

This is an excellent spot for lunch and brunch, especially for my family of six. The kids loved their chocolate chip pancakes and Nutella hot cocoa! The omelettes and breakfast wraps were also delicious. Although it was busy, we were seated in under 10 minutes. The restaurant felt a bit cramped, but they managed the seating well. The service was very friendly and incredibly quick. It’s conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Brooklyn Bridge Park. I highly recommend it!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
