"I patronized this place for the last 7 months I have been coming here getting big orders and today I found out more money was taking off my card than what was supposed to be taken I called the store and let them know and I was advised to come to the store so they can rectify the situation fine after work I go to the store explain the situation again and the cashier calls the owner and states the issue the owner stated I couldn’t get my money back that they took from my card so the cashier stated to me that she doesn’t think he understood what she was saying and I should wait for him I didn’t want to wait because I was tired I just got off work long story short I waited a hour for the owner and was met with attitude and anger I never raised my voice I explained the issue and never was irate or disrespectful but I was told by the owner that I had an attitude which I didn’t never raised my voice or called him names I was very respectful he never apologized he talked crazy to me I felt very disrespected especially being treated like this from a Black owned business this is not acceptable on any level then while I was leaving I let him know it wasn’t that big of a deal it’s fine if he doesn’t return the money back to my card I just won’t shop there anymore he then states WE DON’T CARE LOUDLY AS HE’S WALKING BEHIND ME AS I’M LEAVING… I can’t lie my feelings are hurt on how I was treated it’s not about the money it’s the way I was treated that has the lasting effect on me. Keep in mind I shop there 2-3 times a week spending $80-$100 every visit"

"Today I ordered a Mango Sobert with mango popping boba, mango jelly, and lychee jelly. I was charged $9.36 because of the added toppings, but before today the toppings had always free. I told the lady there, but was told that toppings had always been charged for froyos. I also told the lady about how the toppings were always given free before, but she wouldn't change the price. Since I was buying for someone else, I couldn't say no to the unfair price. I think that the workers should look over prices because some say toppings are charged for froyo and others don't. This was very confusing and costly, and has definitely been my worse visit."

"Upon entering, you are greeted by a wonderfully pleasant aroma! The staff is warm and professional, making you feel at home. They offer an impressive selection of desserts, but don't get discouraged if something is out of stock; this place is extremely popular. The prime times to visit are Thursdays and Fridays. When LaShonda, the owner, competed on the Food Network, one of the judges proclaimed it to be the best carrot cake they had ever tasted. I had to see for myself, and I wholeheartedly agree! It was incredibly moist and creamy, quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Everything here is delicious!"

"We had the vegan sampler platter with vegan coleslaw and corn muffin plus the mango and strawberry lemonade. Amazing, never found this variety anywhere else before and could not stop eating. Way more than enough for two people. The corn ribs were crazy good and every sauce was delicious in addition to the huge array of hot sauce options. We will be back!Vegetarian options: Vegan heaven with a separate vegan sides section on the menu and vegan Mac n cheese options. Definitely recommend!"

"The amazing freshness, crispiness, and deliciousness of the 7-piece tenders might have been enhanced by the added tip, but it's definitely worth it just to be on the safe side. The tots were perfectly crispy and the selection of sauces was fantastic. Just a heads up: the ranch can be quite heavy on the dill if that's not your preference."

"I requested a cake based on an inspiration picture. With that being said I understand every baker is different and skill level is different. Tera took on a cake that was way beyond her skill level and when emailed about how awful the cake not only looked but tasted she did not apologize or take accountability in knowing she gave me a cake that looks like her toddler put together. This was for a 30th birthday that I ended up having no cake for because I was too ashamed to bring it to the event. When I reached out to her I was not looking for a refund as she did put in time and supply 's I honestly was looking for some accountability some professionalism and I got neither. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. She ruined our special day and said you seemed very happy at pick up per contract thank you so much and I hope that you will give us another chance in the future . This policy that she has you have to dislike at pick up time is ridiculous she brought the cake out for 2 seconds didn 't sit it down didnt spin the cake just said do you like it as she had a few people in her shop. At first glance I knew this cake was not what I requested but we were in a rush as the event was starting and I figured how bad could it really be. It was more than bad it was horrible when we finally got to the event not only did we notice how badly the color scheme was off the roses didn 't match, the cake was unfinished but we also sadly noticed the cake was buckling. Once the cake was cut into I could tell why, she did a half ass job layering the buttercream. The bottom of the cakes were baked too long as you can taste and feel they were over cooked. We got strawberry flavor and it literally taste like a bad Betty Crocker strawberry box cake. It was hard and dry. I paid $120 for a cake that I ended up having to throw away. I pray that Tera changes how she goes about dissatisfied customers, I pray Tera can know her skill lane and communicate that I pray that after this review Tera will NEVER ruin anyone else loved ones special day. DO BETTER DOLLY DELIGHT! I absolutely will never give you business and I will make sure anyone I know will never give you business as well!"
