"Made an order through grubhub for pickup. My food was suppose to be ready in 20 mins and I ended up waiting an hour. I asked for no onions in my pasta and it still came with onions. It was huge chunks so it was easy to pick out so I didn’t take it back. During the wait, I was looking at the menu prices and realized grubhub charged me $5 more for the salmon pasta and $1 more for patties. The pasta isn’t worth $25, so I don’t see why they would support this for pick up orders especially when you can’t order through their site and you can barely hear them over the phone. The really underwhelming part was I asked if the desserts were baked fresh and the lady said yes… this cake is old and tastes like medicine. If it was fresh, the baker should never bake again. The cake was disgusting and overcooked or stale. The should put dates are them or be honest about them being cooked the same day. Lastly, I ordered a drink that they were out of. I was sick so I wanted the ginger drink. I don’t drink soda and after an hour I was ready to go so I asked for a refund. The lady tells me they can’t refund grubhub orders. The fact that I had to state multiple times that I wanted a refund was wild to me."
