"Although Wildfire is a mainstay in my book, it definitely has slipped in terms of service and ambiance. After making a reservation and having to confirm twice, our party of 8 was seated 30 minutes late, and then had to wait another 10 minutes for a waiter to show up. Drinks were mediocre, and we had to hurry dinner to make our show. Food was definitely good, but overall service was on caliber of a Texas Roadhouse, not a Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise. They need to pick up their game for me to keep coming. Too many other options at this price to get better service with equal food."

"My hubby wanted a steak for his big birthday and I immediately thought of Wildfire in Lincolnshire! It did not disappoint and we enjoyed the ambience, the exemplary service from Angelina, and the incredible food! We shared a garden salad with red wine vinaigrette for me and balsamic for my husband. It was served with onion rolls and whipped butter. The salad was fresh and served on chilled plates with plenty of dressing on the side. My husband order the NY strip with a baked potato and I had the petite filet with horseradish crust and a loaded baked potato. We did not feel rushed and the atmosphere was lovely. Our water glasses were never empty and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the baked potatoes were huge and tasty. Our server even brought us a complimentary brownie with a candle for my husband's birthday! We enjoyed every bite and the overall experience. If you're looking for a place that will wow you with amazing food and awesome service, check out Wildfire! You will not be disappointed. Reservations are highly recommended too!"

"Food and wine pairings were excellent as was our host, Mike Kanter. The herb goat cheese tartlet and ahi tuna appetizers were especially good. The filet mignon would have been a bit better if we could have ordered it to taste. It came medium and we prefer rare but you could tell it was a good cut of meat. Wildfire always does a great job with everything they do. Our only problem is that we were seated across from a very rude and somewhat obnoxious (possibly drunk? couple who detracted from our ability to hear Mike talk and to enjoy the dinner. Luckily, they left before the dinner was over and we were able to enjoy the last couple of courses in peace."

The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"Waiter was not as attentive. We wanted another round of drinks but waiter kept passing us up. Fries were cold ! Filet mignon was not seasoned well and I had to keep adding salt and pepper. I really wanted to ask for steak sauce but I was afraid it would bother or take too long to get. I didn’t see the trio of martinis on the drink menu. The food menu options was not good. Not enough seafood or pasta options. I didn’t like that we were seated right the workers cash register was and it was very high traffic area."

"Awful!! Stay away from dine in! No beers, no wines won 't stock anything God forbid a good paying customer wanted a beer or glass of wine with their dinner. Was ripped off when soda refills are free and was charged for every additional soda so ended up paying $30 just in added 'free refills '!! Don 't take advantage of your customers who have been coming for years and many times a month at that!! Tables are filthy, drinking cups need a good scrub, dining chairs are falling apart with a sticky feeling when you grab to pull out. Can 't keep good wait staff always a high turn over and if they had to speak more than a few words or smile their face and tongue would fall off. Very very disappointed in this location in Loudonville."

"I had a very good experience here for my very first time. I ordered a salmon sandwich and had french fries. I was very pleased with the fact that they fulfilled my order as I requested. The salmon sandwich is technically supposed to be served cold. However, I requested that they heat the salmon and they did. The restrooms were clean and the server was nice. I don 't really have a lot to say about the experience except that it was a good time. It 's definitely a feel good restaurant. Hence my giving them four stars as opposed to five."

"Overall would give 4.7 out of 5 stars. The food was very good and our waitress was fantastic. The only thing that could have been better was the time it took to get our drinks and place our food order but it was a Friday night and they were busy. Once the order was placed the food came out pretty quickly, esp for a table of 7. Would definitely go back and recommend others to go. Thank you for a nice meal with family and friends. "This is definitely one of the best places for a meal in the local area. When you walk in, you are greeted by the host and if waiting for others, there is seating available. Once inside, the warm wood tones help you relax and sit back while your server ensures that you have everything you like to drink and provides a fantastic onion roll to hold back that starving feeling you may have. I ordered a petite filet mignon with a side of macaroni and cheese. When I order a medium rare steak, I expect it to come out medium most of the time. But this medium rare was medium rare! Topped with a Parmesan crust, it is one of the best steaks I have had in quite some time. The Mac and cheese was also cooked perfectly and provided the perfect balance to my steak. Others at my table got the lump crab cake sandwich which had rave reviews, and the club sandwich which was also reported to be good. For dessert, I have the triple chocolate cake. The cake was also... perfect. The icing was just thick enough and the cake tasted like it was made that morning. Yes, this can be a pricey meal, but it is perfect for special occasions."

"I've never been disappointed by a family owned and local source? Restaurant. This place obviously lacks in many areas from organization to food to poorly trained staff and the worst of all General Manager. If this place will serve mediocre food at a fine dining room price, they should at least take some pride in the taste and presentation of their entrees. I don't know how she's having the store of $45 for a pizza that comes over hard boiled and sloppy. The noise in this place is ineffective, I know it? a big restaurant, but it wasn't even the volume of guests who bothered, it was the food runner who like a hyenas every time she laughed. I think the worst part of our entire experience here tried to talk to the General Manager. She lacked personality and rhythm. Talking to her about our problems was completely pointless and she is the main reason why we will never return. I thought you'd have to have respect and care for customers to run a restaurant, but it's obvious here that you don't. From reading other reviews I saw that she previously served pizza from the ground and I was horrified to hear that someone who would do such a cruel thing would lead the restaurant. Whoever shames her boss would be embarrassing to have an employee, let alone a manager like her. It is obvious that money comes first and good customer service and quality food comes last."

"came here to the birthday of my stepmother and were absolutely grounded. there were about seven of us reserved. blew immediately and our waitress was very attentive and was always on us to check that go extra mile. in the inner was very comforting. it was packed, but it never felt like it was too loud or crowded. love the atmosphere. had a few cocktails that were very delicious. I was disappointed. before I was a bit of the Napa leaves on the street when it came to the pizza. this place blows it directly out of the water. I had the pizza while my other half had only the simple one. it was full of so much taste and everything combed well. no one at the table was disappointed. to hide it from dessert, for which I think that the inherited should die. that's a must when they eat here. the ding is huge, so I would suggest if they find themselves eating after the dessert period. Apart from that, there were no disappointments here. I heard her breakfast is pretty good too. the service was beyond expectations, eating was tasteful and tasty, serving were huge, and dessert was phenomenal. in any case a place that should not be missed."

"I really want to like this place. Both times I?ve been in here the staff has been friendly, the place is clean, and the pie is hot. My beef is with the flavor, there is something missing. Honestly, I mean no disrespect but it tastes like it?s straight from the Sysco truck. Mass produced and underwhelming. That?s totally cool if the price matches the quality. Pie and a small salad for $30. Also the salad dressing is extra if you order it online, free if you call it in. If you have kids and need to feed the masses this is a good choice."
