"Awful!! Stay away from dine in! No beers, no wines won 't stock anything God forbid a good paying customer wanted a beer or glass of wine with their dinner. Was ripped off when soda refills are free and was charged for every additional soda so ended up paying $30 just in added 'free refills '!! Don 't take advantage of your customers who have been coming for years and many times a month at that!! Tables are filthy, drinking cups need a good scrub, dining chairs are falling apart with a sticky feeling when you grab to pull out. Can 't keep good wait staff always a high turn over and if they had to speak more than a few words or smile their face and tongue would fall off. Very very disappointed in this location in Loudonville."

The food here is consistently outstanding. The pizza and wings are wonderful. I tried the eggplant parmesan for the first time, and it was incredible! The portion was large enough to serve two people!

Outstanding!!! Bravo, bravo!!! Everything was absolutely fantastic. We ordered for pick-up, and it was perfect. The hot appetizers were delicious, the salads were fresh and crisp, and the stuffed peppers were delightful!

I ordered delivery on Saturday night around 6 PM, expecting it to take at least an hour. To my surprise, the driver showed up in just 20 minutes! The food was amazing—both the boneless wings and the cold sub were top-notch. The wings were hot and crispy, and the sub was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The pizza and wings are good, but their prices have skyrocketed. Two people shouldn't have to spend over $30 to get a 10 cut pizza and 10 wings. We also tried calling 3X around 9 p.m., when they're supposedly open until 10 p.m. The phone just rang off the hook. We are sad to have to find a new pizza place, but the prices just aren't worth it. The restaurant boasts a significant amount of artwork, but sadly, the quality has noticeably deteriorated. On my last visit, the wings were undercooked and contained an excessive amount of visible fat, rendering them inedible. When I raised this issue with the manager, he insisted that they were perfectly acceptable. Instead of offering a refund, he merely provided credit for wings on my next visit. Overall, the wings were disappointing, and the customer service was poor. I would suggest considering other dining options.

I called and asked how many inches is their largest round pie. They kept just telling me how many slices there are in each. Frustrating. I ask for the largest one. Then, it seemed very expensive for an 18, and definitely a 16 (which some places pass ofas large, ha). Anyway, I think to myself maybe its a 20 or 22 which would make sense. I get there and I see its 18. Well itbetter blow my socks off for what it cost. It is near perfect. Ingredients were nice. Dough good, even crust and cooked justright. Great pizza. Justifiable. good job

At 12:15, I called again to see if the driver had a phone, as our food was getting cold. Eventually, the driver arrived and explained that he had received the wrong directions, leading him to Broadway instead of Menands. Furthermore, last week we ordered shrimp scampi and received much larger shrimp than the quarter-sized ones we got today. While the food was good, it was cold due to the delivery issue. Overall, my experience is mixed: the restaurant needs to improve on providing accurate directions or ensure the driver contacts us right away if any problems occur in the future! View menu

Infernos on Albany Shaker Road is the WORST place of work. The manager Nick ALLOWS one of the employees Rob to call ALL the cooks ?Ricky? because they?re Mexican. I quit because of this reason, which Nick found amusing and showed all the currentworkers my text message stating that was my reason. There was another time when a customer set their purse on the counter andRob turned to one my coworkers who was African American and said ?I wouldn?t set my bag there, not because of you, but some ofthe other drivers here?? and went on to list all of the other delivery drivers who were not white. Lastly, they do NOT weargloves while handling your food. Enjoy!

Infernos on Albany Shaker Road is, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever worked. The manager, Nick, allows one of the staff members, Rob, to refer to all the cooks as "Ricky" simply because they are Mexican. I found this behavior unacceptable and decided to quit, but Nick took it lightly and even shared my resignation text with other employees. There was also an incident where a customer placed their purse on the counter, and Rob remarked to one of my African American coworkers, "I wouldn’t put my bag there, not because of you, but because of some of the other drivers here," followed by a list of delivery drivers who were not white. Additionally, they do not wear gloves while handling...

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
