"First time I have eaten here. My wife and I decided to try something new. We both ordered the special which was the prime rib. My wife ordered rare and I ordered medium- rare. Both came to the table tough as leather and well done. I also ordered the 14oz and maybe was 8oz at most. I honestly don't think I've had a worse steak. The bill was around $100.00. As an additional note the waiter said as we paid that it looked pretty well done and not right. So yes he served it anyway. I guess we learned something!"

"I work professionally in a steakhouse which creates a certain expectation, this steakhouse was absolutely incredible and blew every expectation of mine ten fold. Steve was an absolutely amazing server he had awesome stories and catered to our every need perfectly. "Yesterday we celebrated a birthday at the restaurant with a party of 10 guests, including two children aged 6 and 9. Unfortunately, after waiting for 1.5 hours, our salads were finally served. I politely asked the waiter to expedite our meals due to the young kids, but he explained that the kitchen only starts preparing the food once the salads are served, giving them half an hour to get everything ready. "I found a restaurant right across from my gym, where I've been working out for three years, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered chicken and waffles, mozzarella sticks with sauce, chicken parmesan, and pancakes topped with blueberries and strawberries from the brunch menu. Overall, it was a delicious meal. The only issue was with the pancakes; they were undercooked, so we had to send them back. The waiter was attentive and did a great job, so I didn’t hold it against him and tipped him well. The screwdriver drink I had with my brunch special was quite strong, which I enjoyed. The restaurant was clean and bustling with people, and the wait for food wasn't long. "The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. "We made advance reservations to have brunch at this beautiful restaurant in the Georgetown neighborhood. Make sure to book early! We were seated rather promptly but server took a while to show up at our table. We did not wait and got started at the buffet. The spread is amazing and make sure to pace yourself as you collect your food. I loved the fried chicken, the amazing artichoke and crab dip, their breakfast items, pulled pork, prime rib and ham, as well as the lovely spread of desserts! They came around with fried coconut shrimp and sushi.You can also request it if you don't see the server around. The hot chocolate was supposedly very good, according to the kiddos. I did not post any food photos because, there are way too many on their review site. Would definitely visit again!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was exceptional, and we were lucky to have Bailey as our waiter—he was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the bison, which turned out to be one of the best cuts of meat I've had in years. He went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies as well. The manager was super friendly, and the busser assigned to our section was incredibly helpful, ensuring we left with our leftovers and a little extra. Example: HH menu lists martinis as $3 on the $7 basic fee. good enough. bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. when the bill was returned, was I calculated for a bombay saphir that is not on the HH list? I asked for bombay, not bombay saphir. waiter: oh, let me look at this and, besides blue cheese oliven? extra $1. I have never paid extra for bc oliven and the confusing menus that a dish like an extra sauce, [and I don't remember the exact language, but it seemed that an additional element could also be selected. oops, there is an additional $10.95 and, the waiter recommend a double-baked kartoffel. bah, boom, more $5.95 [which is revealed in fairness on the menu in another place, but waiter made it sound as if it were a no-charge option on the surf and rasen. and the split board charge I don't think was revealed in the menu. ding, ding, extra $3.00 was that a waiter who was excessively selling or restaurant deception? no warning. as said, eating was good. and the ambiente [at least in the bar area, staying away from the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. be they only attentive to the nickel and dimming charges that the waiter does not reveal for them."

"absolutely terrible customer service. I have never written a negative review for a restaurant, but we came with a reservation about 17.30 clock before a hannover theatre production that we visited. I strongly recommend that they do not go to this restaurant in a night in which the theatre has a popular production. it took almost 1 hour for me to receive my beer, and that was after several requests from our waiter and a conversation with the manager. the food was good after that. it was ridiculous. we always said everyone was there for the theater and that our food comes. I ordered the hummus plate with a sweetheart. the vegetables consist of cut gurke and three olives. very disappointing. when the bill came, there was no adjustment for our inconvenience. we asked about the waiter went and spoke to the manager, and he came back and said there was no adjustment. unnecessary to say we will not return to this restaurant. fortunately, the hannover theatre production has formed for our rocky start in our evening."

"For some reason my fiancé recalled liking their pizza at some point so decided to get their large pan pizza delivered and damn was did it brink back bad memories. Remember when you would go roller skating as a kid and get that shitty pizza just because it was pizza and you just needed the fuel? Well that was actually better than this. At least that crust was crispy (burnt) while this was actually chewy crust. I have literally never seen her throw away pizza no matter how bad it was just because I know she will crave pizza at 3am but even she couldn't imagine having this ever again. $18 pizza and 5 out of 8 slices going straight to the trash. Great job guys."

"Not good. Held off from ordering the Hogfish because it’s bland and made the mistake of ordering the “special “grilled stuffed lobster with crabmeat and the prime rib. The lobster was overcooked and dry with no discernible evidence of crabmeat. The prime rib was the worst we had ever experienced. It was fatty, gristly and tough. Diner next to us couldn’t eat his pasta because he said it was swimming in butter. (Same experience I had last time) Seating uncomfortable with wood slat bench and hard chairs BYOCushion. Had the best service from a nice young man I think named Max? He was always available when we needed him and speedy with our service and whatever we needed that night. He made our night that much more special! Needless to say we will definitely be visiting before the season is over will be recommending to be seated by the same server when we visit. "Awful!! Stay away from dine in! No beers, no wines won 't stock anything God forbid a good paying customer wanted a beer or glass of wine with their dinner. Was ripped off when soda refills are free and was charged for every additional soda so ended up paying $30 just in added 'free refills '!! Don 't take advantage of your customers who have been coming for years and many times a month at that!! Tables are filthy, drinking cups need a good scrub, dining chairs are falling apart with a sticky feeling when you grab to pull out. Can 't keep good wait staff always a high turn over and if they had to speak more than a few words or smile their face and tongue would fall off. "My boyfriend and I stopped in at Becco for a pre show meal. We had reservations through OpenTable and stopped in early since it was cold out they had no problems accommodating us and we were seated immediately. The tables are indeed pretty snug but we had a good time chatting with closeby tables and enjoying the atmosphere. We both got the pasta special including penne ala vodka with shrimp, a pesto pasta with green beans, and a cocoa pumpkin ravioli. The penne was my absolute favorite and I had the waiters drop by with a few helpings and they were not skimping! I don't like pumpkin at all but had to give the cocoa pumpkin ravioli a shot and actually was pretty intrigued by it. Our waiter was Nino and he was one of the most fantastic waitstaff that we have ever had. My boyfriend said he wouldn't be surprised if the man was born and raised in the restaurant and knew it like the back of his hand."
