the muse had good cocktails – when they were ready to wait. a waiter all over the place. we gave us 1 3/4 hours to have drinks and apps before a show and had only fifteen minutes to enjoy our apps before we had to lock. it took an hour to produce a cheese plate! $200 plus tip later – we will not be back.

a snow-covered night in the nearby hannover theater and decided to go first to muse for some food and drinks. cocktails were made professional, beautiful beer selection also. Eat is in the ground cold, meatboard, cheeseboard, tinted fishboard. perfect for a small Vortheater dinner. yummy brot, to go with the food.

After enjoying a snowy evening at the nearby Hannover Theater, we decided to stop by Muse for some food and drinks. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and they offered an impressive selection of beers. The menu primarily features boards—meat, cheese, and fish—making it a great choice for a light dinner before the show. The delicious bread served alongside the food was a nice touch. The Muse offered some decent cocktails, but be prepared for a wait. The service was a bit chaotic, with waitstaff seemingly all over the place. We allowed ourselves 1 hour and 45 minutes to enjoy drinks and appetizers before our show, but we only had 15 minutes to savor our appetizers before we needed to leave. It took a full hour for our cheese plate to arrive! After spending over $200 plus tip, we won't be returning.

While the food was good once it finally arrived, the wait was absurd. It felt as though everyone was there for the theatre and our meals were being neglected. I ordered the hummus plate with vegetables, but the vegetables were nothing more than sliced cucumber and three olives—very disappointing. When the bill arrived, there was no acknowledgment of our inconvenience. We asked the waiter to speak to the manager, who confirmed that no adjustments would be made. Obviously, we won’t be returning to this restaurant. Thankfully, the Hanover Theatre production salvaged the beginning of our evening despite the rocky start.

absolutely terrible customer service. I have never written a negative review for a restaurant, but we came with a reservation about 17.30 clock before a hannover theatre production that we visited. I strongly recommend that they do not go to this restaurant in a night in which the theatre has a popular production. it took almost 1 hour for me to receive my beer, and that was after several requests from our waiter and a conversation with the manager. the food was good after that. it was ridiculous. we always said everyone was there for the theater and that our food comes.
