"Visited last year and was amazing. Returned this past weekend and it was terrible the service/quality is severely lacking. Rooms not ready on time, and they failed to notify me when room was ready. Almost every meal had significant delays, meals not entered and missing, food not prepared right (medium well burger was burnt on edges and raw in the middle), wrong meal was entered and delivered (ordered veggie tacos, got fish tacos). This was true for 5/7 meals. I probably had more apologies this padt weekend than I 've recieved in a year. Service at pool: takes 45 minutes to get a drink, wrong food delivered, food misdelivered and you are questioned if you are being truthful. Our room: half the lights didn 't work, sink was stopped up and drained extremely slow, shower door was broken and hard to open, and the thermostat kept getting changed when i tried to lower it. The worst part: when I checked out, they didn 't even bother to ask how my stay was. For the price, spend your elsewhere. The management and service is just absolutely terrible. Honestly would have had just as much fun at a Holiday Inn."
