"Awful!! Stay away from dine in! No beers, no wines won 't stock anything God forbid a good paying customer wanted a beer or glass of wine with their dinner. Was ripped off when soda refills are free and was charged for every additional soda so ended up paying $30 just in added 'free refills '!! Don 't take advantage of your customers who have been coming for years and many times a month at that!! Tables are filthy, drinking cups need a good scrub, dining chairs are falling apart with a sticky feeling when you grab to pull out. Can 't keep good wait staff always a high turn over and if they had to speak more than a few words or smile their face and tongue would fall off. Very very disappointed in this location in Loudonville."

"Came in for a quick dinner with my daughter after shopping in the plaza , it was a nice ambiance relaxing and cozy, yet the experience was disappointing and highly priced for what it?s worth. I wanted to order tortellini but instead of Alfredo :sauce with vodka sauce , the waitress told me they can?t do that she went and asked the chef for me very weird for a restaurant not to be able to change the sauce ?!. So instead I ordered chicken piccata I also asked for the check so that I can eat fast and take the rest home . It was getting late for me to drive back home. When I finally received my order after 20min I checked my food and it was chicken Marsala instead of what I asked I asked about the order being wrong and they re made my order I still was charged full price and food took about 20 min more to get to me ? so I asked for a discount they took $3 off a $30 check the restaurant was empty I was like the only person here with a table I don?t understand the mistake plus the low discount the manager at the bar applied on a mess up from the restaurant itself. The waitress put on the check the right order but the chef made the wrong food and took extremely long . The chicken piccata was tasty but Iam definitely not coming back here . Overall not satisfied"

"The pizza was good and reasonably priced. I ordered the Mighty Meat 10" pizza, and it was loaded with toppings—almost too much, to be honest. I didn't realize it came with chicken, which I'm not particularly fond of. That's on me for not checking the ingredients beforehand. Also, I could have done without the political programming on the TV."
