"I really want to like Pietro's Pizza since I believe in supporting local family-friendly businesses. Unfortunately, it falls short. The pizza is much too expensive—paying $32 for a large three-topping pizza is hard to justify when Domino’s offers better for just $8. There are no visible trash cans, so I assumed the staff would clear tables, but they don’t. Despite plenty of seating, it’s tough to find a clean table; I had to wipe one down myself with napkins. The employees seem more focused on their phones than their work, which, while maybe a generational issue, is still frustrating. The most annoying part is that around half the games are broken. One of the two change machines is out of order, two of the three ticket counters don’t work, and about 20 of the 42 games are broken. I don’t mind paying higher prices if the experience is worth it, but here it felt like a ripoff. With better-trained staff who put their phones away and more attention to repairing the machines, this could really be a great spot for families."
