Donatello's Pizza - Menu

The food here is fantastic, and my son really enjoys the games. The menu offers a wide variety of pizza toppings, as well as several options for both bone-in and boneless dishes.

The atmosphere is fantastic for kids, which is one of the things I really appreciated about the restaurant. The pizza crust was nice and crispy, and that was another positive aspect. Other than those two highlights...

It seems like they're on the verge of closing down, so this may not carry much weight, but... what a disappointment. The staff appeared disengaged, and one employee was downright rude, going out of their way to be unhelpful. View menu

Clean, friendly, fun! Sweet helpful staff. Great place for a kids birthday in Salem Or. Hidden gem, this small business is an affordable solution to keeping kids busy and happy. The prices are fair, better than most gaming places. Pizza is good, but in this venue your paying for fun. Great game assortment, machines paid out in great kid prizes. Well done Donatello's, thank you!

Requested extra sauce and did not get it. Went to ask what happened and was told the owner put it in the oven and it had extra sauce. Eventually I was told that I ate too much of the pizza for any help. I told them I don 't care about money I just want the pizza to be right. See attached photos for authentication. Love the pizza compared to Paddingtons. But not sure I 'll return.

Pizza looks AMAZING but doesn't taste good. The sauce is yucky. Great staff, super games, but hard to get service when needing extra cups, etc. had to search for staff to assist. Game prizes worker was very patient helpful. Bathroom entrance paintingis the BEST.. so trippy. Lots of birthday parties here. You'll hear Happy Birthday sung once or twice an hour on a weekend. The manager told me that “his hands are tied and there is NOTHING he can do,” even after I explained that I had called specifically because the breadsticks weren't available for online ordering. He insisted there was nothing he could do and acted as if I was just inconveniencing him. His customer service was astonishingly poor, especially with him rolling his eyes at me. I highly doubt we'll be ordering from them again. It might be worth trying Garlic Jim’s or Odd Moe’s for better customer service instead.

Donatello's Pizza, is a really nice pizza place. Its slightly crunchy, not greasy delicious pizza. With many variety's of sizes. No lacking amount of cheese, perfect amount of sauce and there's a large arcade connected to the building, perfect for birthday party's. This is a 9/10 but would be a 10/10 If I didn't know I would be trying other pizza in the future. There's a bonus the pizza is great tasting a day or two after cooked. Cold, Warm, Hot It doesn't matter this Pizza is good! The bread sticks and Chicken wings are second rate though. And is why I am giving a 4 star. Service is fast and employee's are friendly. (8.5/10) Worth the price!

This place has done so much for the numerous birthday parties myself and the mutual friends that have booked over the years. Anytime there?s been a minor discrepancy their staff have handled it with poise and continues to overcompensate for any mistakesmade. This place has upgraded their games and they have the best arcade in south salem. Extremely family oriented and they aremaking changes to their games and party system for everyone to be able to Have a great family-friendly experience.
