"This is a family owned and ran business and I think any kind of criticism will either help them or break them. Why the 4 stars? Everything was delicious the pho broth had very good flavor and was HOT like it should be. Good friendly service my only complain was that the veggies you get with your pho were straight out the shower, so much water on the plate. I think they would benefit from using a salad greens dryer apparatus after wash because so much water could dilute the delicious flavor of the broth. Overall I was very pleased and looking forward to try the ramen place next door.I love to eat pho and hopefully the owners read this. Will be back"

"I would have rated this restaurant five stars, but the application gives me a pop-up message that the highest rating that I can give to a non-vegetarian restaurant is four stars (which I think is a rather ridiculous way to censor those who contribute to the website). The vegetarian Pho is amazing! I also love her Tofu spring rolls and Veggie spring rolls. Despite other vegan and vegetarian options, my access is the Pho. Try it!"
