"This is a family owned and ran business and I think any kind of criticism will either help them or break them. Why the 4 stars? Everything was delicious the pho broth had very good flavor and was HOT like it should be. Good friendly service my only complain was that the veggies you get with your pho were straight out the shower, so much water on the plate. I think they would benefit from using a salad greens dryer apparatus after wash because so much water could dilute the delicious flavor of the broth. Overall I was very pleased and looking forward to try the ramen place next door.I love to eat pho and hopefully the owners read this. Will be back"

The vermicelli bowl and pho are quite good, but the spring rolls were not very appealing. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Food was good but the service was not to be expected due to that they were understaffed and we went in between lunch and dinner.Food: 4/5

Always my go-to restaurant for Vietnamese food! I most especially love the Vermicelli Bowl with grilled chicken spring roll! You will not be disappointed!Food: 5/5 View menu

Don’t recommend eating here. The older cook goes on smoke breaks outside and when he comes back in never washes his hands and went into preparing food! Absolutely disgusting!

So, so good. Just popped in and the service was amazing. One young guy managed the entire area and he did it with great care. He was very attentive and polite. The food (wonton soup) and crab Rangoon was so good. I'll most definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Amazing staff very helpful. Had N1 (phó on the menu w/ a hot tea and a soy bean milk. Was having a rough morning and left there feeling lifted in spirit after leave the establishment. Felt I was in good company was able to unwind.Definitely recommend especially w/ this cool weather we're having in Houston.Food: 5/5 View menu

The staff member's attitude was quite rude. I ordered the beef stew, and while the broth was decent, the carrots lacked flavor. As I tried to enjoy my meal, the server was sweeping around my table and even near my feet, which felt unnecessary with an hour still left before closing. Overall, the service was terrible.

The food is fantastic, and the iced tea is just right. The soothing piano jazz playing in the background adds to the atmosphere. The staff is very attentive. The only issue preventing me from giving a perfect score is that the tables are often excessively sticky, which seems like an easy problem to fix. Overall, I'd rate the food a solid 5/5.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
