"I was really looking forward to dining at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, especially after having such a great experience there in Orlando a few years ago. Unfortunately, the Little Rock location fell short of my expectations. The staff were neither friendly nor welcoming, which was surprising. My husband and I were shocked when our bill for two meals, an appetizer, and two drinks came to $40. On top of that, the soda fountain drinks were flat and lacked any carbonation. When we requested a refund for the drinks, it was processed without any apology or effort to make things right. To make matters worse, my husband’s meal arrived quickly, but mine took an additional 10 minutes, and we had to remind the staff about it. The food itself was just average. Given the high prices, poor service, and mediocre quality, we won’t be returning. I’m truly disappointed that it didn’t live up to the great experience I had in Orlando."
