"Well, this Pei Wei isn't what it used to be. They used to be absolutely delicious every time. They have new signage up saying there are new recipes and such, well I think this is just them taking short cuts and cutting costs. There is no way they're using the same provider for their chicken. This new chicken is thin, chewy, burnt, and tastes like frozen chinese food. The fried rice tastes way different than it used to. The rice tastes like they use a whole heaping amount of liquid smoke, but why? The service is way worse than it used to be as well. You walk in and are greeted by cold stares from the employees, and no one is at the front register to help you. My call in order was sitting with the online paid orders and if I didn't beg a worker to come check me out, then my food would have been free. I will definitely walk away without paying next time, because it is not my job to track down an employee to pay you."

The food was decent, but I was a bit disappointed with my order. I got a family bundle and only received about 8 pieces of orange chicken. There was a lot of rice, but I wished there had been more meat.

My grandson and I absolutely adore the honey seared chicken with noodles. Our second favorite dish is the orange chicken. The food is amazing, the location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant! View menu

Wow, I absolutely love the vegan options! I know it’s a chain, but the food is truly delicious and reasonably priced. I appreciate that you can add tofu to any noodle or rice dish. The ambiance inside isn’t the best—it feels a bit like a kitchen or cafeteria and is somewhat cold—but the incredible variety of options makes it all worthwhile.

The food is delicious and flavorful, although it can be a bit greasy. The staff are incredibly friendly, but they seem to be quite overwhelmed. They often forget to bring out curbside orders due to their busy schedule. You’ll often see them rushing around to prepare everything for customers. Because of this, I suggest double-checking your order before you leave.

The service was very friendly, even though we arrived just an hour before closing. All the staff, except for the manager, were new, so I understood why it took a little longer. Despite that, they were attentive and kept us updated on our food. The food itself was fantastic! I'm really impressed with how well they handled things at the end of the day. I also appreciated their positive attitude and how kind they were to my 3-year-old nephew. Overall, a great experience! View menu

I would give this restaurant 3 stars because the food is great, but I really wish there was another location like the one that used to be on Chenal, which was more upscale. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unprofessional; when I walked in, they were just hanging around. I noticed that the guy at the food prep station wasn’t wearing gloves while he was handling the food and just tossed it onto a plate for the actual cook. Thankfully, they use high heat for cooking, otherwise, I would have left after witnessing that. I’m not sure how long this location has been open, but it definitely needs renovations – both in terms of the staff and the building.

We had the pleasure of having lunch today while Maeesha was on duty, and she is truly an outstanding server! She exceeded her job responsibilities and displayed impressive awareness of the entire restaurant. Not only did she serve food and clear tables, but she also noticed the long line at the take-out counter and stepped in to help cut down on wait times. Upon returning to the dining area, she skillfully balanced cleaning tables while keeping an eye on the condiments, refilling soy sauce bottles without overlooking any of her other tasks. I have never witnessed such commitment during a hectic lunch rush before. Maeesha possesses the skill and awareness that would make her a fantastic manag...
