"This is a family owned and ran business and I think any kind of criticism will either help them or break them. Why the 4 stars? Everything was delicious the pho broth had very good flavor and was HOT like it should be. Good friendly service my only complain was that the veggies you get with your pho were straight out the shower, so much water on the plate. I think they would benefit from using a salad greens dryer apparatus after wash because so much water could dilute the delicious flavor of the broth. Overall I was very pleased and looking forward to try the ramen place next door.I love to eat pho and hopefully the owners read this. Will be back"

"For $11 plus tax, the food was disappointing—either dry, slimy, or lacking in flavor. It seemed like they used a lot of MSG to fill you up quickly. They advertise crab legs, but when you go to the buffet, the pan is empty. Overall, the food was subpar, with everything tasting quite similar. If you're looking for a great Chinese meal in the area, I highly recommend Lamb’s Garden in Athens. The service there is much better, the food is outstanding, and they can actually communicate in English. In Logan, the service is lacking; the staff hovers over you while you serve yourself, as if they don’t want you to enjoy your meal. The manager even has his young child working there, and it seems like the whole family is employed. It's a bit overwhelming! Additionally, I noticed that many of the patrons were unkempt, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. At one point, we had to move to another booth because the family next to us had an unpleasant odor."

"Food was your typical New England style Chinese and the pupu platter was your average Chinese food to expect. My major issue with this place was the dude working at the front desk. I was visiting for the weekend and placed a takeout order. When we got there the door was propped open, people could be seen eating inside, and so we walked in and began paying for our meal with the woman at the cash register. Just as we’re wrapping up payment, a young man comes out of the kitchen and yells at us “you can’t be in here!” I asked what he meant as the woman was taking our money and we didn’t see any signage that indicated it was curbside only/nor were we told when picking it up. Immediately he again raises his voice saying that it was clearly stated on the door which was propped open and the sign saying curbside pick up was the only option was on the door side that you wouldn’t have seen since it was propped open. There’s 100 ways this dude could’ve handled this but instead chose to yell at us and I wish I hadn’t just paid or I would’ve walked out leaving the food there. He could have simply said “oh just so you know next time it’s curbside only, have a good night and enjoy”. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"My first time dining at the restaurant. I love the peaceful atmosphere, the artwork and design of the interior. We were the only ones for most of the time. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The vegetarian spring rolls were good. Maybe a little of a lighter fry next time. The sauce was slightly spicy and added a nice twist to them. I ordered the vegetable pho for myself, kids meatball pho and kids vegetable pho. I should have asked but I thought the meatball pho would come with at least cabbage as well. It was just a meatball floating around. I didn?t care for texture or taste of meatball. The texture of the tofu in the vegetable pho was not pleasing. It was a rubbery and unseasoned. Now we loved the taste of the broth and the tenderness of the vegetables inside the vegetable pho. We will be back ."

"I used to live in the city and frequently enjoyed this delightful restaurant, but now I find myself driving quite a distance just to eat here because their food is simply the best. Everything is prepared fresh when you order, rather than sitting around on a buffet for who knows how long. The portions are huge—big enough to share between two people—and the service is consistently warm and welcoming. You won't be disappointed if you come here."
