"I started eating here back in 2000 when their primary location was at 128th & Q. They've since consolidated into this location, bumped up their décor and food presentation, and raised their prices. They've been in the Thai restaurant business for over 20 years now. I haven't been here in probably 7 years, so it was nice to rediscover the place. On my most recent visit I ordered the Summer Rolls as my appetizer and the Chicken Pad Thai as my entrée (yes, I'm that lame guy that orders Pad Thai in a Thai restaurant). The Summer Rolls (unfried) were very good and the dipping sauce they came with was very tasty and had a bit of heat to it as well. They're a great alternative to the typical deep fried egg roll and Spring roll. The Pad Thai was very good as well. I could tell my food was cooked for me. Everything had a great texture and the rice noodles weren't overcooked or mushy. Ingredients weren't homogenized like they tend to get when they've been mixed together and holding for hours. You can choose a heat level of 1 to 5 stars. I chose 3 stars and it was a nice medium heat level as it should be at that level. Portions were fair - neither skimpy nor over-the-top gluttonous either. Service was very friendly. I was promptly greeted when I walked in the door and seated. They were attentive throughout my visit and kept my iced tea glass full (by the way, they have great iced tea). I never had to wait for food, wait for a refill, or wait to pay. Restaurant is very nice inside. Definitely a few notches above your typical strip mall Asian restaurant. Many of the negative reviews I see around the web about this place are in regards to the prices. First, let me say that, with the number of online review services as well as the restaurant's official website, no one should ever walk into a restaurant not knowing the price point. Second, I think there is an unfair double-standard with ethnic cuisine. It is okay if French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine are priced through the roof, but the moment Mexican, Chinese, or Thai cuisine cost more than $7/entrée people start screaming. What gives? This is very good food, made with quality ingredients, in a nice facility, presented well, and with superior customer service. You are getting what you pay for here. If you want a dump truck full of food for $5 then seek it elsewhere. They do have cheaper pricing for weekday lunches. For example, Chicken Pad Thai is $11 for dinner and on weekends, but only $9.50 for weekday lunch."

"This was the absolute worst service I've ever had in my life. Ready to enjoy a late lunch, we were one of three occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We walked in, and it took us 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we were completely ignored for 15 minutes. I started timing it because the table seated after us had their drink and food order taken by this point. After over 15 minutes of sitting there, we were actually getting up to leave and go somewhere else (which I've never done before in my life), and they came over to take our food order. After 20 more minutes, our food finally came out. At this point, we've been here for 45ish minutes with just two glasses of water on the table. My meal was delicious drunken noodle. My husband's meal was the nom nom plate with pork. He had HUGE chunks of fat on his pieces of pork, and it was actually kind of gross. Maybe this is why they don't offer pork as a meat selection for a majority of their dishes? We were finally ready to leave, and I asked for a small box. Clearly, they forgot. Another server walked up and asked if we wanted a box. 10 minutes passed, and $40+ later for two entrees and waters, I finally got my box. As we walked out of the restaurant, our server and the hostess didn't even acknowledge us or say thanks for coming in. Nothing. How is it possible to have service this bad when there are only 3 occupied tables in the entire restaurant? It is a shame because I had heard great things about this place, but I'll never go back. Overpriced, horrible service, fatty protein. Do better."

"We have been regular customers for years and years. We have grown to become adventurous in trying dishes that we never have had before instead of our usual yellow curry or Tom Kah. We have yet to find a dish that was disappointing. The cooks here are amazing, food is always hot and so delicious, the portions are always perfect, Thai tea is wonderful and we are so impressed with the appetizers of wings, mango rangoons, and chicken lettuce wraps. The dessert is also so tasty and beautifully presented; Mango cake, and there is nowhere in Omaha who serves a dessert like it. We have ate at mostly every Thai restaurant in town here. This is our favorite place for Thai and we usually eat here 2-3 times per week. They are always accommodating to substitutions if possible. Extra veggies less rice etc. The server is always friendly and is very careful to make sure that she gives you her best attention to details to make sure your dinning experience is nothing less than fantastic. The restaurant is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for enjoy your dinning experience. This place is a gem. A top #1 A+ restaurant for Thai in Omaha as well as some places we have a lot been to for Thai in Florida, Maine and other places. Thank you for your consistent hospitality and service that you have given us over the years. And thank you for such an awesome treat to get to experience your cooking and foods so often. We love it and also appreciate each of you so very much too. Merry Christmas and wishing you a healthy and happy New Year."
