""I recently visited a restaurant that claims to serve Yokohama ramen, but I didn't find anything that resembled what I am used to back home. Starting with the broth, it was very watered down. The noodles, which were supposed to be thick, were actually quite thin. The server even mentioned that the thin noodles were thinner than usual! It was difficult to enjoy the taste of the noodles, and they resembled instant noodles that you might find in a package from Indonesia. They were overcooked and overly soft. I ended up paying over $40, including tips, for just one miso ramen and two Kirin beers. To the owner: please respect the culture and the customers who visit your restaurant. I encourage you to learn about authentic ramen culture before opening a restaurant. Many people may not have the knowledge or experience, so please don’t mislead them. Thank you, Kenichi Miyamoto""

Hana Ramen is my favorite ramen spot in the Las Vegas Valley. The food is consistently fresh and expertly prepared, and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Quick and delicious ramen near the airport and the Strip! The broth in the Tonkotsu Ramen was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Even the soft-boiled egg had an excellent texture and taste. I will definitely be back!

The miso ramen broth was overly salty, unfortunately. The basil chicken rice was similarly salty, and it would have been nice to have some vegetables on the side for the $15 price. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the menu offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of choices for gluten-free and vegetarian diets.

Little Japanese ramen house is hidden gem. Excellent food. We're hooked and enjoy coming here often. Food is consistent, high quality and addicting. Service is intimate, inviting and friendly. Definitely our go to for Ramen bowls and sides. My favorite is the Chicken Ramen. One side spicy and other side mild with steamed tofu added in. My husband's favorite is the curry ramen and pork gyoza. View menu

The food was decent, especially the pork, which was really good. However, the service left a lot to be desired. When they say the eggs are soft-boiled, they mean it—these eggs were practically raw! Overall, it wasn’t my favorite place and I found it to be overpriced for what you receive. As a point of reference, they charge $2 for extra green onions as a topping, while I can purchase an entire bundle at the grocery store for less than that.

I enjoyed some delicious food and was served by a very attentive waiter. I have no complaints whatsoever. Although I can't recall the name of the ramen bowl I ordered, it was spicy (level 4 on the spice scale), and it had a fantastic balance of heat and flavor. The egg and meat were cooked to perfection. Even though I'm just visiting Las Vegas, this is definitely a place I would come back to on a future trip. I recommend that everyone make a stop here. They even offer vegan options if that's your preference.

Terrible service! The waitress was very upset when the manager allowed us to bring in food from Carl's Jr for my 4-year-old son, who doesn't eat ramen. She was so displeased and made my family feel unwelcome, which ultimately prompted us to leave because we felt really uncomfortable. I checked out the reviews before deciding to try this place, and now I wish I hadn't. If you're looking for good service, I recommend steering clear of this restaurant. The server really needs to improve her customer service skills and stop being so passive-aggressive. View menu

If you're looking for authentic Japanese ramen, this is the perfect spot! I highly recommend sampling everything on the menu. The restaurant is clean and stylish, featuring swift service and fantastic interior design, which contributes to an enjoyable dining experience. The staff is professional and attentive. Be sure to consider the various types and styles of dishes when placing your order. My friends were all very happy with their meals! It’s an excellent choice for families and workplace lunch outings. Don't forget to leave a tip, as it's a small business. Thank you all; I genuinely appreciate your hard work!

As someone who has been to Yokohama, Japan, and enjoyed the best ramen of my life, I can confidently say this restaurant comes the closest to that flavor! From the moment I walked in, I was reminded of the small ramen shops in Japan. The menu offered a good variety, and I ordered the chicken ramen, adding naruto for $1 and chili oil on the side for $1.50. Since I don't eat pork, I appreciated that they offered beef gyozas. The ramen was fantastic—the broth was rich and creamy, and the chicken was flavorful. The noodles were thick, which I personally love. If you're looking for authentic and delicious Japanese ramen, this is the place to go. The owner even traveled to Japan to learn how to ma...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
