"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Sushi Naper. Despite arriving with my family and friends (4 adults and an infant) at 6 P.M for an all-you-can-eat menu, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive our food. The service was abysmal, and the waitstaff seemed indifferent to our needs.To make matters worse, it took a whole hour to receive only half of our order, leaving us starved and frustrated. We patiently waited for another 1.2 hours before the rest of our food finally arrived. The prolonged wait time and disorganized service were simply unacceptable.We were starving, but to wait another 1-1.2 h to get the food was too much, my infant was tired and cried so we decided to go somewhere else and get some takeout.When it came time to pay, I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction, explaining that I was still hungry and unsatisfied with both the service and the quality of the food. However, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I received a disrespectful response from the staff which was "EVERYONE IS WAITING 1 HOUR AND YOU ARE NOT A SPECIAL PERSON TO BE SERVED FASTER THAN ANYBODY ELSE” and was told “ OFF”??.I care about my money and how I spend it and based on the experience of the restaurant, my friends and family decided that paying full price for such a disappointing experience is criminal and I should have at least a 30% discount. I was discussing why I shouldn’t pay full price but the waiter decided to call the cops on us and tell the police that we didn 't want to pay WITCH IS NOT TRUE, I just felt like I was being robbed. Overall it was a disappointing night.I cannot emphasize how disappointed I am with my experience at Sushi Naper. The excruciating wait, which caused my infant to cry, and also me being coupled with the disrespectful attitude displayed by the staff, left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you value your time, money, and overall dining experience.Save yourself the frustration and find a different restaurant that can provide both efficient service and quality food."
