Savory miso broth with springy noodles, topped with tender pork slices, soft-boiled egg, and fresh green onions.

"I regularly go to St Simons for junior golf tournaments, and I always wanted to go, but it seems like there are never reservations. I had no idea it was an Asian restaurant. The name sounded American and also oyster bar, so I didn't bother on the menu. The ravens were excellent! My friend had half the chicken, and unfortunately it wasn't boiled in the middle, and I don't mean pink. At some point, she cut herself into the flesh and rolled out blood. They took it out of the bill and reduced their rams by half, which was very nice of them. She also ended with the rams she loved. We had the One Night in Bangkok cocktail. It said that Thai chili had in the drink, but the spices were overwhelming, and we love spicy. We tried the cabbage rolls that had some kind of meat in them. You were just okay... nice restaurant. Beautifully decorated, beautiful ambience for a date night. I'd probably try again since the Uber driver said he never heard anything bad about the place."

"Sushi was so good! Have several Vegan/Vegetarian friendly options! Customizable too! I ordered Yammy Roll with Cream Cheese Added. My daughter ordered Firecracker Roll, and did Shrimp Tempura instead of Crab. Its her favorite! The Miso Soup was SOOOO good and soothing in this cold weather! We ordered the Agadashi Tofu with No Bonito Flakes (fish skin flakes), because Im vegetarian. And again, it was so delicious. They have a wide variety of drinks, from cocktails to Flavored Sake, to Ramune flavored soda. Overall, definitely my go to sushi spot!"

"Our first experience was a good one after the museum hours on Friday evening. High quality menu, professional service and live music made for a nice date. Now Muse only needs patrons! We had the space almost to ourselves. If it gets known, this could be a great downtown restaurant."

"The food itself was great. But when we are waiting we found this store also has too good to go option and it was 2.2 points out of 5, so we are pretty curious cuz the food is great, why such low reviews? And once we get it, totally understandable. As shown below in picsFirst of all, only four small cup miso soup is not even on the menu and they put original retail price for $12 dollars for this, which is ridiculous.Secondly, we are having the dinner in this store and we ordered pretty great amount of food, but this too good to go give us a feeling of teasing us. It's not for helping environment but for their OWN financial benefit. If the store owner is in such mindset, you shouldn't participate in this Too good to go campaign which is helping the environment but not wasting so many plastic container for miso soup.We really enjoyed the food here but for such attitude and mindset, we will never ever come back and hope this reviews can help others!Overall I feel really really bad that as an Environmentalist, I'd rather they don't even give me this bag which cause more plastic trash in the world. If you want to protect the environment, please don't event order too good to go in this store."

"Ebisu is a great sushi restuarant that needs to find itself. The menu is over the top huge (which usually scares me)but the sushi/sashimi selection was excellent. The service was slow to start but once our waitress was engaged, she was right on. The atmosphere was quite and clean. We tried a variety of sashimi and nigiri, all of which was fresh and delicious. Our favorites were the o toro, salmon belly, hamachi belly, and monk fish liver a rare find!. If you're a sushi/sashimi purist, then you'll appreciate this place."

"For traditional authentic Japanese restaurants in the area, this place is not bad. We have been patrons to this restaurant on and off for over 10 years, we don’t go very often but this is really the only place in town that serves authentic Japanese with a full menu, and not one of those fusion sushi wannabe ramen places around town. The reason we don’t go very often is because the service is very unpredictable, I would say 50/50 you will get prompt service and the other half, you could wait 15 to 20 minutes just standing there with a reservation and the restaurant only at 80% occupancy. You could also wait at least 30-40 minutes for your appetizer and another 30 for on trays. In other words, easily a two hour meal where 80% of that is just waiting. There are 2 servers, 1 sushi chef, 1 busboy, and this guy who answers the phone sometimes and spends a long time chatting with patrons but does nothing else. This is on a weekend. So what we figured out after all of these years, is don’t go during the weekend if you don’t have the time to waste, if the restaurant is busy, look at the number of order tickets at the sushi bar and how many tables have been served, you need to order the right combination of dishes in order to get them faster. Sushi is fast, but not when there are 10-15 tickets ahead of you. The price is downtown price, more than the burbs for sure. The quality of the food is Ok, compare to the same type of restaurant in Japan, they will get about 3 stars only but for the US, 4 star is good. Most of the dishes to me are a little under flavored, especially the nagasaki champon and Curry, the Sukiyaki is one pot style, so you cannot really choose what to eat when and how well to cook each item. But at least it is better than the pre-cooked style over rice. I still prefer the traditional way better, not many places in the US has that now. I would recommend this place if you are downtown since this is it anyway and you have not spent any extensive amount of time in Japan, because if you have, it would make you miss visiting Japanese even more."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate on his own initiative. We will come back in any case."

"The service was average and the decor was very nice...but the quality of food was a bit subpar. We had the golden chicken ramen with an extra side of pork belly along with the teriyaki salmon. The ramen was like chicken noodle soup with a thin broth. The egg was overcooked and...the side of pork belly was also overcooked. My Gordon Ramsey senses tell me that for something to be that hot yet that dry, with a rubbery texture where the outside perimeter is darker from uneven cooking..it was thrown in the microwave. (Think of when you cook leftover steak in the microwave for too long. Aside from that, the plate it was served on was just as hot as the side of pork belly that was sitting on it so they were obviously both in the microwave. Anyway, probably one of the top worst ramen bowls that I have had. The salmon teriyaki was good, but not enough for me to forget the disappointment of the ramen. Won't be trying this place again."

"My family and I have been dining with Akashi for years. They're located in a strip that used to have our favorite Chinese Restaurant which shut down several years ago and we decided to try them out and so glad we did! They are family owned and operated and have incredible food. Our go-to for sushi or hibachi instead of these chain joints (some combination of the word Neo and New with Tokyo or Japan) and it is 10x better. We typically order take-out but their dine-in experience in fine, just be patient with them! Couldn't choose a friendlier group of people to order from."

"Our meals tonight were as delicious as every other time. Carefully prepared and presented. We dining tonight with a party of an were attentively cared for and when our server realized one of the people in our party was waiting for their sushi after other meals had been served, he quickly brought her a soup on the house so she wasn't the only one waiting while we dug into our individually and deliciously prepared meals. I would recommend this place for everything from a last minute night out to a planned event. We will definitely be back sooner than later!"

"Ambiance 10/10 Drinks 7/10 Food 5/10 Service -100/10 I enjoyed sushi and cuisine here with one of my friends, and decided to return because I enjoyed my meal and ambiance. After returning the second time i can tell you confidently they will NEVER get my money again. I ordered a Mito roll which is typically well prepared. This time around I was in for a literal rude awakening. The shrimp tempura in my roll was soggy and the casing was the equivalent to wrinkles on your skin. After confirming with my friends and having them try, they agreed that the meal was badly prepared. I contacted 3 waiters AND the manager. Noone could offer a fix or solution for my failed meal and money. They refused to recreate the roll, refused to discount the price of the roll. Their suggestion was for me to scrape the kani and lobster salad from ontop of my roll and eat it with shrimp tempura separately. Terrible customer service, terrible management. If you want to feel valued and secure in your dining experience, this is not the place for you"

"We had two excellent experiences at this restaurant. During our most recent visit, both the service and food were outstanding. Our server, Antoine, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. He was attentive, patient with our children, helpful with any questions we had, and incredibly kind. In a time where quality service is hard to come by, Antoine truly made our night special. Even our 8-year-old commented on how nice he was. The food was also delicious, making for a perfect evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I found the Katsu Curry Rice at this restaurant to be disappointingly watery, more like a curry soup than the thick stew I was hoping for. The sauce lacked a strong curry flavor but had a slight spiciness. On the positive side, the katsu was fried well and had a satisfying crispiness. The Fried Buns were served with what seemed to be Kewpie mayo, and were warm, crispy, and fluffy. Overall, everything was delicious except for the curry sauce. I might try their sushi next time instead of giving into the temptation of the curry katsu."

"It was a Sunday night and we were excited to enjoy some wine and good food. The live jazz music was a bonus. The bar dining area was crowded and when we were escorted to a corner high top, I was worried that we would be uncomfortable. Our server Michael took awesome care of us, including allowing us to take our time between appetizers and our meal. My husband had the pork chop which he claims was the best he’s ever had. I enjoyed a flavorful red snapper. The owner Ray visited everyone in the dining area and was visible all night...very proud and welcoming! May folks had their dinner at the bar, too! If you are visiting Rehoboth, make this a must-stop!"

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"Ordered a mix of sushi and sashimi for curbside/takeout. Was not good had a fishy taste, not fresh tasting. Only ate 1 piece of roll and 1 piece of the tuna sashimi had to throw it out because it tastes so bad : Baffled by all the great reviews for this place maybe i caught them on a bad night or something. Anyway thought I’d let people know to hopefully save you."

"My friends and I came to this restaurant after a good workout nearby. The interior was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, with only about eight tables. I was hesitant to order sushi from such a small place, but since our options were limited in the area, we decided to give it a try. We started with salad, calamari, and miso soup as appetizers, and ordered rolls ranging from the Red Monster Roll to salmon rolls. The service was friendly, and at the end of our meal, one of the chefs surprised us with cold cinnamon tea, which was surprisingly refreshing. I might even start drinking cold cinnamon tea as a summer beverage now."

"I order from this restaurant at least twice a month and dine in there two to three times as well. Last Sunday, we ordered a lobster lunch and one of the lobsters was raw. As a cook, I know what raw lobster looks like and I had to stop my fiancée from eating it. If she had eaten it, she probably would have ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I called the restaurant and the person I spoke to said they would inform the owner and get back to me. It is now Tuesday and I still have not heard anything, so I called again and asked to speak to the owner. The owner refused to come to the phone and the employee I spoke to said they could not refund or do anything about it, which I found ridiculous. This restaurant needs to be inspected because serving raw seafood could seriously harm someone. I will attach pictures so you can see for yourself."

"Oh my gosh, I loved this so much that I ordered it three times in one week! I've had mixed experiences with delivery sushi in the past, but this place is incredible! The fish is unbelievably fresh, and the rice is just right. The Candy Cane Roll has become my new favorite dish. I really should explore more of the other enticing rolls they offer, but I just can’t seem to resist ordering these two! It is a bit on the pricey side, but it’s definitely worth it!"
