"that was a bad experience in the signature grill. the first time we went, right before a detroit red wings game, it was amazing! this time we went to the joe before the last event, and the place was about 1/3 filled. we noticed that the people wait long, and some came up to go because they were never waiting for it. we gave them the advantage of the doubt and put our job. we ordered two appetizers. They came with the main course and the other one they were out of. the waitress didn't tell us they were out of her until she brought the main course. from our party of 4 only one of us had our order right. an order came with cold, rock-hard fries that snapped like two. an order came with the wrong side, and the other order was a package filled with green beans, as they were out of a spade. we were not told that they were out of austerity, and when we told the waitress that they were green, their exact words were, no, that is austere. when I pulled out a green bean and said to her, that's a green bean, she said, oh, sorry, we're out of asparagus. I don't like being treated like a lousy and/or an idiot. we wanted to talk to the manager, and she offered us free cocktails. we were politely rejected as we had to be in the arena at 7 and it was at 6:30 when we got our food after our reservation. we will never go back to the signature grill."
