"The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold,crisp, very tasty and a superb bite.The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."

"We ordered a salad and a sandwichThey were efficient, price point wise very reasonable compared to a lot of restaurants these days .I do miss baby greens in my salads .I had a summer salad with Romain, lettuce and lots of fruit. It was very refreshing. If you like people watching, there was lots of them around to watch while you're eating .I didn't get any baked goods this time, but I know they're quite yummy from past visits ."

"I think he has the cheapest and best tacos hands down around the whole neighborhood ... Everything's original not like taco Bells his burgers are to die for especially if you add bacon pizzas the slice of pizza were delicious.. I go to at least what's the week .. And this reasonable prices.. Everybody should go check it out I won't be saying this I'm cheap I like finding quality and quantity he has that there.. Yes more Mexican food home menu American and Mexican so try it out guys if you buy 3 cheaper 3 tacos is cheaper"

"I really wanted to fall in love with this pizza, and it was definitely a solid New York-style slice. However, the last two inches were undercooked, leaving a doughy, floury taste with the first few bites. Fortunately, once we got past that and reached the properly cooked portions, it was delicious. If they can cook the pizza a bit longer, they’ll earn my five stars!"

"I really like this new place. They're a little pricey, but I love their food. I love the focaccia bread. Best grandson loves the flatbread my husband loves different types of sandwiches from mine. But I really love their cheese. The green tea is the best as far as I'm concerned. My grandson like that too as well as all the other drinks but the green tea is best If you're looking for a really light meal I'm not sure this is a place to go you know you leave feeling full I like to feel full and not way down by the food. But the food is so good to hear that I don't mind feeling that way a bit salads and soups are great I just had there Mexican corn soup and I really enjoyed it it was thinner than I expected though so just be aware it's probably not exactly what you're expecting at least it wasn't for me However you really can't go wrong with what they have the restaurant inside is clean nice they keep it up swept up the people I've spoken with behind the counter for the order have all been very polite which is also nice. And there always seems to be a little bit of room when we go in to sit. Of course we haven't gone exactly at lunchtime or exactly at dinner time because I've seen people backed up in the take out line and the parking lot full so be aware that they didn't seem busy quite a bit."

"I also ordered a sausage hero and called ahead to ask if they included sauce on the sandwich. They assured me it would be on the side, which was perfect since I didn’t want any. But to my surprise, they added the sauce anyway. On top of that, the bread was so hard that it could have cracked a tooth. When I received my food, the container and receipt were stained with tomato sauce, and it wasn’t packed properly. How could they not seal my order? Customers need to feel secure that their food hasn’t been tampered with, especially with food spilling out of the packaging. The only thing that looked decent were the zeppolis, but I didn’t want to risk eating them after everything that happened. I was really upset because I was starving and ended up having to settle for a can of soup."

"I went to Bay Plaza for lunch and was disappointed by the poor service. There were 10 people ahead of me in line with only one cashier open. I waited 15 minutes just to place my order, and then had to wait an additional 25 minutes before asking for my order. The staff couldn't give me an estimate on when my order would be ready because they could only see 4 orders at a time, none of which were mine. I spoke to a manager who was unhelpful, only offering to refund my money. I had only ordered soup, so this was not acceptable. The manager could have easily resolved the situation by fulfilling my order, which would have taken less than a minute. The employees seemed disorganized and inefficient, running around without clear direction. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of organization and poor management at this restaurant."

"Ryan, the manager, was excellent! We had ordered a sandwich for pickup and it was made incorrectly, so we called to ask if we could get a new sandwich. Ryan had a new sandwich delivered free of charge and he added in a cookie. He was very accommodating and apologetic a great manager!"

"Previously, I have always liked Panera Bread, but after this experience I will not be going back for awhile. With only one car in front of me, I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes. I pulled right up to the speaker and they said to wait a minute, over 15 minutes later they finally responded to take my order (I would have left, but a car was behind me so I couldn't back out of line). While taking my order the worker was SUPER rude! I only ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. I got my order and it was wrong. My coffee was made with milk instead of almond milk and received the wrong cream cheese for bagels. I understand staffing shortages are impacting the restaurant businesses, BUT if those working at least were nice or apologized I would have been able to look past the ridiculous wait time and errors."

"I ordered online. Ordered a stuffed crust Sicilian off of their website. I did not get a stuffed crust. When I called about it I was told they don't make them and never did. I ordered them very frequently when I lived around the corner from them. That was the only reason I ordered it since there are cheaper options in the area that have the same quality. They did not care that I didn't get what I ordered. I don't understand why it would be an option to order if they dont offer it and I don't understand why they wouldn't try to make up for their mistake. I was basically told that I'm not going to get what I ordered and there is nothing they are willing to do for me to make up for it. Didn't even try to offer."

"The view at the restaurant is stunning and the portions of food are generous, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The NY strip steak I ordered was not cooked to a medium temperature and was incredibly dry, just like the baked potato that accompanied it. Similarly, the food my girlfriend ordered was also disappointing. Even the boba rum we tried wasn't up to par. To make matters worse, our bill amounted to over $160, yet we ended up leaving more than half of our food uneaten. Our server was great we left a good tip for her great service."

As for the tomato soup, save yourself the money and go buy a can of Cambels or, better yet, a box of Pacific foods roasted red pepper tomato soup. I hear most people like Panera broccoli cheese soup. "Horrible experience today (Memorial Day of all days). An employee and a customer both were incessantly making fun of my grieving family for using the ordering tablet. I’m not going to go into what my family is experiencing right now, suffice it to say I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy what we are experiencing. Doing the dishes is an emotional experience for us right now. The two women continued to make snarky remarks about us, right in front of us as if they were completely justified in poking fun at a ‘millennial’.You. Never. Know. What. Struggle. Or. Pain. Anyone. "Dont expect much here. This business relies on taking advantage if the late night crowd.. They take forever to make and deliver your order. Most times on busy nights they are taking 5 and 6 delivery orders at a time. If u are lucky enough to hit them up on their downtime beware they will recycle unused slices that are days old. Always ask for fresh slices. Most of the lunch meats and pasta items are frozen and not fresh. Lot of reliance on the microwave in the back of their kitchen. Their are also mice spotted which they choose to ignore. Also make sure to ask for fresh milkshakes as they have a tendency to reuse ones that were not picked up by customers. The fresh rolls that get delivered every few days are frozen and most likely have the appearance if fresh. Some of the items customers dont pick up are reused to other customers hours and sometimes even days later. Eat at your own risk and remember not all late night options are good ones."

"Good old school Jewish deli food. The food is really good and I've never been disappointed. Got caught during a super busy time and the service suffered but it happens. 2 hours later and we were fat and happy. Only happened once and it was lunch time Sunday, don't get me wrong I've been there several time and it's has always been great. Highly recommended"
