"The staff was EXCELLENT and so attentive! We had a larger crowd of 16 people for a birthday celebration. The food was hit or miss: The steaks were flavorless like, completely lacking any sort of seasoning or flavor. The pork chop was overcooked anything other than fish or chicken reminded me of a dog chew rawhide. The menus varied some tables had lunch menus, some had brunch menus (which are advertised as weekends only) and some had dinner menus. There was some confusion comparing choices to the website. They said they didn't have a children's menu to look at."

"A great place for breakfastThis restaurant is located on the northeast side of the Tom Hill Sr Blvd and Northside Drive. It shares the building with one other business and is surrounded by parking lots so there is plenty of parking. As an added bonus there are electric vehicle charging stations across from this location. The store has parking inside and outside. The inside seating has the usual setup with a mix of booths tables and side seating. It has the muted colors that the Panera Decor is known for. The outside seating portion is very tastefully done with a separation wall and several tables to the right of the entrance. As with all other Panera restaurants, you can order online and inside. The counter is to the left as you enter and the menu is mounted behind it. The staff was very friendly and courteous in taking our order. We got their quiches. As usual, they were delicious and served on real plates with real silverware. The inside area was not busy and was very clean. The only downside is the prices are high and getting higher for their food. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to fellow travelers to the area."

"Hi! My name is Camille and I visited John’s for the first time today! I am not from the state of New Jersey. I was traveling and starving so as I was going back to DC, I saw this store and decided to give it a try! I wanted to say that this place exceeded my expectations and more! The lady at the front (Caucasian lady) greeted me with a smile and even complimented my scent. She was so kind, warm and pleasant. She took my order very swiftly and got my sandwich done in 10 minutes. My food was hot, fresh and delicious! She even brought my order out to my car! I don’t know who the owner is if this establishment, but I will say that this place will definitely prevail as they treat their customers with respect and care! "Great atmosphere great food! I've been here numerous times I've never had a bad experience! Tonight I had the grilled chicken salad it was very delicious! It was also rather large! I couldn't eat all of it! Our server was really nice. She was attentive, quick she knew answers to menu questions that I had. (An A+ in my book) The restaurant was overcrowded tonight so we were able to take our time after we ate to sip our wine not feel rushed to leave! It was really nice! I WILL GO BACK!"

"I haven't been to Jerry's in a long time, so I was very excited for a delicious delicatessen experience. We went between lunch and dinner, so the parking in the back of the building was convenient. The restaurant was not very busy, which was unusual for a deli. The waiter promptly took our drink orders for iced tea, which was well-brewed and not bitter. We were served delicious pickles and bagel chips while we waited. The pickles were perfect - crispy and not too salty. I am quite picky about my pickles! The waiter took our orders and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with coleslaw. The bread was dry and disappointing, lacking the crisp crust and soft center I expected. The coleslaw was good - sweet and juicy, which I enjoyed. The pastrami was good, but for the price of $19+, I was hoping for something more exciting and generous. My husband ordered a whole brisket sandwich with applesauce, but was initially only served half a sandwich with coleslaw and potato salad. After we pointed out the mistake, they brought the other half of the sandwich and the applesauce. He said the sandwich was okay. Our friends had the half pastrami sandwich and sweet and sour soup, which they loved. The cup of soup was quite large, more like a bowl. I wish I had ordered the matzo ball soup. Overall, it was an okay experience - not bad, but nothing special."

"For our meals, we enjoyed the lox and bagel, which was served with a fresh salad and plenty of capers, and the eggs Benedict with lobster—both were truly outstanding! When you visit, be sure to say hello to Hector and Taryn; they were incredibly friendly and offered excellent recommendations. The whole staff was welcoming and attentive. I will definitely be returning! A big thanks to the Eagles for leading us to this gem after their show at the forum. A tip for future diners: arrive before 11:00 AM, as it gets quite busy, but no worries—the staff is more than adequate to handle the crowd!"

"This place is amazing! It offers the best Panera service I've ever experienced. First, they hand-deliver your food right to your table. They also go out of their way to engage in friendly conversation, even asking questions like, “What’s your favorite cookie?” The staff is incredibly fast—you'd think they were rabbits as you drive by! The food is delicious, and they serve generous slices of bread. You can definitely tell they don’t skimp on portions here. Plus, there’s a cozy dark academia-style fireplace to keep everyone warm."

"We called in an order for pick up. The girl who answered the phone was less than pleased that we were actually calling an order and not doing it online. But we are all super sick in our house, and I didn't have the focus to stare at a screen for 10 minutes. We got 3 bowls of chicken noodle soup. It came with a good chunk of bread. Both were super delicious. I don't usually like brothy type soups. I'm more into the thick soups. But I really love this stuff. It had lots of flavors. A bit skimpy on the chicken, but the carrots were a nice touch. They were soft. Even my picky mom loved it. Hubby got the chicken blt. It was delicious. It came with kettle chips. Bleh. The kitchen sink cookies were amazing. The food is great."

"My friend has been insisting I try the cheesecake here, so I wanted to come and have the full experience. I saw the Russian dressing praised in other reviews and decided I needed to try it, so I had the corned beef and pastrami combo. Honestly, I didn't taste a difference between the two. I've definitely had better versions of both. The Russian dressing was good, but it was much thicker and less sweet than I am used to! I tried the devil's food cheesecake and concluded that I still don't like the flavor of cheesecake, but the consistency was good. It broke apart on the fork easily. The best thing was the oreo milkshake. It was perfect."

"I walked In the door it was 3 minutes before opening but the door was open. I asked Politely if they were open and They told me I have to come back in 3 minutes . So I went outside and they locked the door behind me. At 7:30 when they are supposed to beopen..I tried to open the door it was locked... So I left and as I was walking away they they came and opened the door and anddidn't say anything to me. I run a retail store and I would never treat my customers like that just like that I would open thestore early if that was the case. The manager should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their associates to treat customerslike that."

"We had a party of 10 and for company dinner. Appetizers were good and waitress was fine issue was I ordered Prime Rib and specifically asked if they had knowing it’s limited before I ordered and it was confirmed they did. Well as it turns out they did not have…. No big deal ordered Sea bass.. well after everyone at table was served waitress informs me they are thawing it and would start cooking soon. This is 20 min after table is served. Asked for manager who came out and said not her issue she only runs front not responsible for issue. I canceled order as table was done eating by this time and to add insult they still had on bill and had to ask to remove from check manager told waitress to leave on for something never delivered ! After requesting again they adjusted bill…. Will not be back manager is not qualified to be in charge …."

"My wife and I ate there on January 19, 2024, there were two people taking orders the one who took our order was very slow. My wife ordered the cheddar broccoli soup.I ordered half of a tuna salad sandwich with cheese, mayonnaise and lettuce. I was never asked what type of bread that wanted. She asked if I wanted onions I said no. We both got apples and they were very small. I couldn’t even see the tuna salad on my sandwich or cheese.I will never eat at any Panera bread place again. We have eaten at Panera bread places at other locations cities and states had no problems,"

"Hey district management ! Please read this. You got a lot of 1 star reviews for service and operation issues because your staff is more interested in gossiping than working. It took 30 min to get my you pick 2 and if there were a hundred orders I would understand but these people were chatting amongst each other and the two up front were flirting with each other. Your manager was encouraging the gossip and not trying to get people to make the orders. I saw a Starbucks like this that didn’t change it up that closed in a great location. Change it up before you lose money cause I won’t be coming back nor will anyone else with this level of bad service."
