"Great service, great food, and great drinks. Sat in the patio, 6 ft seating, heaters and patio lights on. Plenty of parking and across the street from a park, if you are looking for a post exercise spot. I ordered the gorgonzola burger, with mushrooms, bacon, onion, blue cheese/ gorgonzola and tomato jam protein style aka lettuce wrapped vs a bun. Delicious dipped in ranch. Crispy potato wedges selected as my side vs. Coleslaw or salad. Wedges were crispy, thick, warm, and seasoned well. Ketchup i want to say was a little spicy unless it was the fries and so tasty together. Ordered a skinny cucumber jalapeño margarita on the side that hit the spot. Highly recommend this spot. Also other gluten free options available which i hope to try next time. Enjoy and cheers"

"The price we pay should guarantee that no food items are missing during weekend hours, and that employees do not exhibit rude or distracted behavior. We all have bad days, but it's important to remain professional when serving customers. Panera used to be a last resort for me after they removed the Italian combo sandwich, which was their standout item. The only reason I continue to come back is for the broccoli cheddar soup."

"I grew up on C&E Pizza in the 1970’s and 1980’s. It was a staple almost every weekend. I can remember vividly the day the building burned down when they were located almost across the street. Thankfully the family returned and kept making absolutely the best pizza wast of the CT river possibly all of CT.I haven’t been back in the area lately but I’ll definitely be eating here the next time I am. ? ?"

"I literally never write reviews on here, but this store is beyond frustrating to deal with. It's by my work so over the last six years, I've gotten food from here. When I say EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY'VE GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG, I actually mean every single time. Six years you think they could maybe once get a single order of mine right. I used to work at Panera, I'm giving you guys the benefit of the doubt, but my god the ingredients and everything are up on the screen its really not that difficult of a job to do! I've called and complained, I've written an email to the store and corporate hoping things would change, but today was the first time I have gone back in a couple months and they still got my order wrong. It's honestly just laughable at this point. If I could, I would give this store zero stars and encourage whoever is reading this to just take your money elsewhere."

"We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing.Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we 'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave.She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments.My husband paid in cash, and she said, I 'll see you next time. He commented. There won 't be a next time. We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today 's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop."

"Yardhouse in South Beach Miami was absolutely fantastic! We had a reservation for 2 tables of 6 on Valentine's Day and they were able to sit all 12 of us together. The manager was very kind and gave the ladies in our group single roses. Our drinks and food was delicious and not overcooked or overpriced. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a nice meal out in a cool vibe with affordable food."

"It was a lovely day, so we sat outside. The area is nice. They have a charming turtle pool (yes, turtles swimming and sunning) right by the restaurant. The food was okay. We have only eaten there once, so... Like many restaurants, they gave us too much food, and way too many potatoes (which weren't good, anyway). I think we, in America, are wasteful. They threw away so many potatoes that none of us ate! In other states, the amount of food is even more. We had a wonderful server. Parking: It's in an outdoor shopping center, though the stores are spread out more and it's very nice."

"This is a small establishment but worth the wait. The burgers are their specialty, and they are good. We had family visiting for the Panthers/Dallas football game and came here for the first time. Parking is a little tricky, but they validate the parking if you go to the LAZ parking lot around the corner. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because it was a little dark. So it made it a little difficult to read the menu. Our server was Taylor. She was great. Very patient and knew the menu and beer selections. It was very busy, but it was worth the wait. All of us had a different burger: Carolina Burger (chili, mild cheddar, cole slaw) Boogan's Bacon (bacon marmalade, red onion, Roasted garlic aioli) Smash Hit (caramelized onions) Imami (Shitake mushrooms caramelized onions) So.e of us had regular fries, but the Parmesan fries were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their selections. I will definitely be coming back with hubby or family."

"The food was flavorful, but as someone else stated, the shrimp was cooked dirty. Sangria wasn't very strong, yet very refreshing on a hot summer day. The waiter was awful. No personality, forgot my chips and salsa, had to ask even. They came after my meal. I asked for beans instead of rice, but got rice anyway. There are better choices nearby. You have to pay at the register, no table service which is super lame today."

"I'm a health care provider that has to travel for work and needed a place to sit and have some breakfast while I work on the computer this morning around 745 AM after working and being on the road for 3 hours at this time. Looked on Google to see the hours of this Panera stated it was open. Got to the building and the hours on the door also stated that this is open during the week at 7 AM, but the doors were locked. There was an employee at the cash register, I waved to her in signal to say, Are you not open She waved back in signal to say that they were not open. She was busy and did not have the time to come to the door to speak with me. I went back to my vehicle and called to ask what time they were open. The staff member said they open at 11 AM today. Confused as to why google and the doors outside the building state 7AM. No big deal, I understand there is a staffing shortage with jobs EVERYWHERE. I found a Dunkin Donuts I could drive to and work at instead. My real issues was this -Upon leaving the parking lot I noticed a man outside of the building looking in from the outside . I wondered if he was another customer who did not know that they were closed this morning, so I drove by and told him that I was just informed they weren't open until 11AM. This rude, disheveled person turned around and yelled at me, IM WORKING!!!!! I was absolutely beside myself to know that an employee would do that. This person did not look like an employee, that is why I tried to be nice and let them know the information I just received. I am absolutely BESIDE MYSELF with the interactions of this Panera Bread. I have never had this experience with any café/restaurant employee before, but I can promise you I will not be back at this location.Words of advice for Panera update your hours so you don't have people like me looking for somewhere to go, and also, maybe speak to your employees on having a little bit more customer service."

"I can't even explain the experience! In my 45 years of dining out I tried to take my daughter for a birthday dinner with my other daughters and my mother and my grandson. Nothing and I mean nothing went right!! They brought us the wrong orders, we were supposed to be getting endless apps, but they never came back to give us them, they never refilled our drinks, everyone of our meals were messed up , and I mean missing something major ! and when we asked the main , out of the five different waiters that came to our table, she told us they were they were out of it, but then another waitress or manager would bring it to us !! so they weren't out of it !!and then she told us they don't sing happy birthday although when I called ahead they told me they did !! and they sure do , and they eventually did!! The manager was completely incompetent and refused to comp anything, and gave us a dirty take-home box!!! I was sick to my stomach and close to crying!!! Other people were actually getting up and walking out in the middle of their meals!!! One waitress promised to make everything right for us and asked us what we needed and told us the problem was the place was too crazy and some waiters and waitresses couldn't take it and walked out in the middle of shifts?! and she promised to make everything right.. then when she went away to get our drinks and dips, cutlery...she never came back!!! I really don't know what else more to say but this place should be shut down!!"

"Poor experience overall. Lots of little things that in isolation aren 't that big of a deal, but they added up to a frustrating experience. When it was our turn to order the girl at the register seemed annoyed to have customers. My wife has a dairyallergy so we asked for her food to not have cheese and we asked for it to-go. When we picked up our food it was prepped fordine-in, but the lady behind the counter kindly repacked it for us. Later when we were ready to eat, it turned out that mywife 's order had all the dairy on it and she was unable to eat it, so it appeared that the girl taking orders might have beenhaving an off-day. We didn 't have time to go back to Panera, so we called 4 times over an hour and were never able to getthrough. The line would just hang up after a few minutes of ringing. This was the call to place an order phone number, soperhaps they just didn 't want the business? We were really looking forward to a nice lunch date but it 's pretty disappointingwhen one person can 't have their lunch."
