"The last time I ate at this place was 10+ years ago. I had nachos that were so loaded and delicious that they have lived in my memory as a place I need to go back to someday. And they had these huge racks to smoke the ribs. It was a serious operation.So tonight I finally returned, to introduce my barbecue-loving husband to the joint. Well, I am sad to say that the smoking racks are long gone. They’re in a new location (new to me; they’ve been there for 7 years apparently) now. It is brighter, newer, and cleaner than I remember it from before. The service was super friendly and just great. But unfortunately the ribs were nothing special. And MOST UNFORTUNATELY, the nachos were totally unremarkable.At least now that nagging voice telling me I need to go back there for the amazing nachos has been silenced forever. Those nachos are just a memory that will not be resurrected at the Rib House."
