"The last time I ate at this place was 10+ years ago. I had nachos that were so loaded and delicious that they have lived in my memory as a place I need to go back to someday. And they had these huge racks to smoke the ribs. It was a serious operation.So tonight I finally returned, to introduce my barbecue-loving husband to the joint. Well, I am sad to say that the smoking racks are long gone. They’re in a new location (new to me; they’ve been there for 7 years apparently) now. It is brighter, newer, and cleaner than I remember it from before. The service was super friendly and just great. But unfortunately the ribs were nothing special. And MOST UNFORTUNATELY, the nachos were totally unremarkable.At least now that nagging voice telling me I need to go back there for the amazing nachos has been silenced forever. Those nachos are just a memory that will not be resurrected at the Rib House."

How come out of town and I went there yesterday I ordered the rotisserie chicken and ribs even though it took 30 minutes which is fine when I taking it back to my hotel the chicken was dry wasn't that hot the ribs were okay they also wasn't that hot I will not be returning to buy food from that location View menu

I’ve been eating here for years eat in but mostly takeout. I order for Christmas every year and for work parties too. It’s always a win! Parking: Parking right near the entrance door. Kid-friendliness: They were friendly to my Grandson. They gave crayons and a place mat to color on. The kids menu was great. I could ordered a kids meal if I knew how much they’d give. However, my Grandson ate them up!

This was a perfect place to satisfy our BBQ craving during the wintertime! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the smell of their delicious cooking. We were really big fans of their ribs, pulled pork Mac, and steak and cheese eggrolls. They've been making the same homemade recipes for 30+ years and I hope they never change a thing! What an East Haven gem. Even the cheesecake was homemade and so fluffy. All of the staff we met were incredibly welcoming and nice to talk to. We'll be back!!
