"I ordered for Delivery. I enjoyed very much my meal. Combination Number 1 Chicken Chow Mein, Pork Fried Rice, Mar Far Chicken. Won Ton Soup. A light and deft hand went into the food preparation. No soy sauce in the fried rice; unless one is from St. Louis. The Chow Mein could have used a little crisping but I am not complaining considering how wet and over sauced so much Chow Mein can be. Delicate flavor. Very nice. The Mar Far Chicken made me laugh. The thing I was looking most forward to eating was Mar Far Chicken. It has been twenty years since I last ate any. Was always my favorite. My palate has grown and adapted to more traditional Mainland China foods. I will be ordering from Maple Garden again. Kudos to the people who own this place and who work here."

"This is certainly not a fancy restaurant like PF Chang's. It's a family-owned establishment that specializes in traditional Chinese cuisine, perfect for a quick lunch or takeout dinner to satisfy your hunger. It's no surprise they remain in business with such reasonable prices. Finding great Chinese food in the heart of Gilbert can be challenging, but this place is easy to locate. You can only find their coupons online; they don’t seem to send any physical coupons through the mail. So be sure to grab those coupons and save some money—it’s probably how they keep their prices so low. I've already visited three times this month. While I wouldn't use the word "cheap" to describe their food, "inexpensive" definitely suits them well."

"I just ordered two roast turkeys for this Thanksgiving from the Blessed Garden Restaurant. I know it's a little early, but I want to put my order in first. I have my shares of roast turkeys for the past 20+ years, but I have never tasted one as good as the one made by the Blessed Garden Restaurant. Last year was my first year ordering turkey from them, they really surprised me because the turkey was the most flavorful one I have ever tasted. They first marinate the turkey, the same way they would marinate a roast duck. Then they put the turkey on the hanging rack that slowly turning 360 degree and continuing to pour seasoning on it. The result was a tender, flavorful and mouth watering turkey. Susan"

"Has anyone else experienced throat swelling from MSG in Chinese food? It hit me about 8 hours after I ate. In the middle of the night, I felt like my throat was closing up, and it was hard to breathe. It was a very scary experience. Even 24 hours later, I still feel a lump in my throat. I ordered from Chopsticks near Grant Park, and they seem to use a lot of MSG—be careful. I've had Chinese food many times before without any issues. I've been taking ibuprofen all day to help with the swelling. Next time, I will definitely ask for no MSG, but it’s frustrating because I've never had a problem anywhere else. After eating only a third of my meal, I had a close call with a medical emergency. Thankfully, my son hadn’t touched his food, and we ended up throwing it away. It was a waste of money, but it was better than risking a trip to the hospital."

"My wife and I were really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we don’t think we’ll be coming back. The value just doesn’t match the price. We noticed several menus displayed around the restaurant with varying prices for lunch specials, and we ended up paying about three dollars more than we expected. The food was decent, but it was disappointing to find that the fried rice tasted like instant rice from the store. The highlight of our lunch was the fact that our jumbo shrimp meal came with only five small shrimp. We can’t be too hard on the cook, as one of the staff seemed more focused on her phone than on the customers while we waited."

"The food was good. My wife found a one i,cu chicken bone with a sharp point. This bone was sure to get stuck in someone's throat and prove lethal. My daughter then found another huge chicken bone and nearly chocked. I would suggest to be very careful when eating anything chicken. On the other hand, avoid ordering anything chicken and be safe."

"This is one of the best hidden gems I've ever found! My roommate and I get General Tso's chicken and orange chicken at least once a week. Opting for takeout instead of dining in helps us save some money, and the prices are very reasonable overall. For just $23, we get two meals that last us two days since the portions are quite generous. The chicken is perfectly crunchy, spicy, and tender—just thinking about it makes me hungry! They also have gluten-free options available! Service: Takeout."

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! It's very clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend it if you're in the mood for some good Chinese food at a reasonable cost. We especially enjoy the crab rangoons and egg rolls, but everything we've tried has been quite delicious. I would rate the food an 8/10 and give a perfect 10/10 for everything else!"

"The (milk)tea menu is amazingly quite any variety of combination that you can think, e.g. boba/jelly/pudding or even Yakult. We had Matcha latte with boba and it was so good! Menu is also huge dimming, noodle, Chinese fast food, Thai or southeast Asian delicacies, and Japanese Bento. I'd skip Sushi personally. Other dishes were delish and I will definitely try other dishes again! I've been back for 3 4 times and I'll never be disappointed! Tried mango Yakult with magi jelly and loved it. Walnut beans were also great!"

"As it happened to be my birthday, I was allowed to bring a cake, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and entertainment. The highlight was when the staff sang a birthday song to me while presenting a delightful red velvet cake adorned with a big candle that resembled a firecracker. They even gave me a little tiara as a sweet gesture, which I truly appreciated. My friend has a severe shrimp allergy, and I was impressed with how the chef handled it. He prepared the rice, vegetables, and meats first, cooking the seafood last to ensure there was no risk of cross-contamination. I had purchased gift cards in advance and the total came to $490, which included an 18% tip for both the chef and server, so that should give you a rough idea of what to expect for your party. Sake costs $5 each, and soda is priced at $3.50. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to celebrate and create lasting memories. I hope you find my review helpful!"

"The extensive drink menu was a perfect accompaniment to the food. The cocktail selection was imaginative, and I was particularly impressed with the signature drinks that paired excellently with the diverse flavors of our meals. What truly distinguishes this restaurant, however, is the outstanding service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and their recommendations were spot on. They were attentive without being intrusive, making us feel like valued guests throughout our dining experience. And let’s not overlook dessert! The sweet treats were the ideal finale to our meal. I can't stop thinking about those fusion-inspired desserts—they left us craving more. In summary, this Asian fusion restaurant is a culinary gem that should not be missed. It provides an extraordinary dining experience defined by exceptional food, excellent service, and a stylish atmosphere. Whether you’re an adventurous diner or just looking for a fantastic meal, this restaurant has something for everyone. Five stars are well-deserved, and I can’t wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu!"

"We had a really good experience at Big Bowl. The food was really good and the portions are… generous. Even the kid’s meal portion was enough to take home and get two more meals out of the leftovers. Best advise to diners is to order one of the house made drinks. With or without alcohol, they are really well conceived and executed. You won’t be disappointed! For planning purposes- While very family-friendly, we noticed a dramatic shift in our dining neighbors with a much older crowd leaving by 6:00 and more families and date night couples coming in."

"Little Thai kitchen, no little at all when it comes to food quality, taste and service. It’s the best in the neighborhood and a place you would want to go again and again. Great place for vegetarians. Lots of varieties. Most recommended from my visit: Thai iced tea, spring roll, Me Grob (with Tofu), pineapple fried rice, mango sticky rice and red Thai curry. I can be fairly sure their other dishes are amazing too. Portion size is good for one if you are very hungry. Else, two can share a meal besides the appetizers. The Thai lady at the counter is very friendly and welcoming. She made the visit very warm."

"i will start off by saying their food tastes great but the service is very poor which makes me not want to come here. I ordered online for delivery through various delivery services and each time this restaurant doesn 't pack the items. This has happen several times back to back. I got fed up with it and decided to call them after this has been happening too many times to ask what was happening. It was always happening to my drink and rice those were always missing all the time. when I called the lady that answered the phone was hard to understand her. I told her over 4 times in many different ways what the issue was and finally she said oh yeah I forgot to put the soda, rice oh no rice . LMAO! no apologies no refund no care. The service is horrendous and they do not give refunds for their mistakes no matter what. I feel like this is a regular occurrence with this restaurant I don 't plan to order from here anymore."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! Having it just a few doors down from my workplace is incredibly convenient. The staff is fantastic, and the food is much better than most Chinese restaurants in the Falls Church/Fairfax area, which is surprising given the plethora of Asian dining options available nearby. I appreciate that they have both Chinese and Japanese menus, allowing for a great mix-and-match experience. Plus, their online ordering system is very convenient, and they always have the food ready on time!"

"We only came here because it was recommended by someone I know. From the moment we entered the parking lot, we knew this place wasn't going to be great. An empty unkept parking lot is not inviting. Once we entered the restaurant, it seemed vacant. There was no one around to greet us, the empty restaurant told us we should leave but I decided to step further into the restaurant where I finally saw a human hiding behind the corner on her phone. We were sat at a table. The whole restaurant felt very awkward and silent. It hardly smells like anything is cooking. These are all bad signs of a failing restaurant. We ordered. They had pictures of the food on the menu but unfortunately nothing came looking like the picture. The dishes were totally different than what we expected based on the picture. The food really wasn't good. There is nothing good to say about this place. Will not be back."
