"We ate here for the first time a week after the visit of the zoo. I loved it because my 6 years old really liked his gyro and pommes and my chicken salad was very fresh and the Vinaiigrette dressing was really delicious. Quickly forward a week and we are back after visiting the zoo with more people and we go to Greek Express on recommendation of my son. We're fine, and the cashier was pretty rude to my daughter. But come to find out she's usually not in front. Then we don't get our food fast. I'm going forward about 15 minutes of waiting and another person asks me if I helped. I tell them I got it, but somehow they lost my order. Baby weeping and we're exhausted, I just want my food, but they apologised and reimbursed our meal and went out of their way to make it right. They would have just refunded the meal or given me a voucher like a chain restaurant, but they are a local business and they do directly from their customers. I definitely go back. Her food is delicious and her customer service after she lost my order was great."
