"I frequently dine at this restaurant. The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. When I placed my order, I felt rushed. Initially, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they may have had a lot of online orders to fulfill. However, today when I ordered my usual Thai tea (which I always get from here and other Boba stores), it was extremely sweet. It gave me a headache and made me feel nauseous. I politely asked for a replacement, but was rudely told to wait by the waitress. She then proceeded to embarrass me in front of the entire restaurant, questioning why I didn't know how sweet the drink was supposed to be. This ruined my lunch experience and I no longer enjoy coming here. I will be sure to inform others of my negative experience. Despite being a patient person, the lack of respect and poor customer service was unacceptable. Additionally, I didn't receive a knife with my meal and had to use my fingers. The man before me also had a similar experience with his order."
