"I usually rate Culver's with 5 stars, and they typically earn that rating. This time, however, one employee saved my impression of Culver's by rectifying the mistake or carelessness of another staff member. We ordered from the drive-thru, parked, and discovered that my daughter's butterburger with cheese was cold. This has never happened to us at a Culver's before, and we’re not ones to complain. However, Culver's commercials emphasize that they prepare food to order, which is a key part of their appeal. A cold butterburger simply doesn’t meet that standard. Fortunately, our issue was addressed with a heartfelt apology, prompt action to correct the situation, and a relatively quick replacement of our burger. It may be worth reminding the kitchen staff about their responsibilities, as customers expect a higher standard from Culver's—after all, they are the best."
