"They forgot to include one of my items in my order. I had ordered three things, but they left out the Wisconsin curds, even though I was charged for them. Unfortunately, I only noticed this once I got home. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, and I've never had an experience like this before. I really hope it doesn’t happen again because I genuinely enjoy dining at this place. What a disappointment."

I have to commend Calab and the entire young team at Culver's. They consistently go above and beyond! I actually prefer their outstanding customer service to the delicious food!

Cashier rang in wrong meal. (Fish sandwich instead of the 2 piece fish meal i wanted) When food arrived, I took it up to counter and instead of just replacing it, they refunded it, re rang itand made me pay for it again. Took too much time and by the time I received the correct food, everyone at my table was ready to leave.
