"One of the employees Mallory, was disrespectful to my friends. My friends asked for hot sauce and ketchup. she went and got mayo and marinara. so they repeated what sauce they wanted she came back with butter, and a different type of hot sauce, they repeated it again. she came back again with ketchup and butter, and finally she came back with the right sauces. and mallory had some butter in her hand and started squishing it around in her hand and threw it on the chair. my friends said i’m gonna talk to your manger and she said “no i was just joking” that is completely bad employee work."

"This location was the exception to the rule regarding Culver's. We've always been pleased with our food, but at this one, all we could do was shake our head in disappointment. Maybe it was a bad day, or a new cook. Our Atlantic Cod sandwiches were served on the round hamburger bun instead of the larger oval bun, and the fish was overcooked and oily. I'm hoping they get this right, since they are the only Culver's for miles. Update: they’ve stepped up to make it right. I appreciate their quick response. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect this. Culver’s rocks! Another update: They sent coupons for refund about a year ago. Since we live 1300 miles away, we didn't get to use them until recently. There were no issues with the coupons, and the food was their usual top flight stuff. Added a fifth star. Way to go!"

"I don't understand all the excitement...the drive-thru was extremely backed up and not moving. I waited 13 minutes to order my milkshake and waited even longer to receive it. It wasn't very good either. I was expecting chunks of Reese's cups, but everything was so finely ground that it felt like there was nothing in it until I reached the bottom of my cup and found all the pieces there. This is not my favorite custard place in town."

"I'm not sure why many fast-food places can't match the quality of Culver's. "I went through your drive thru and ordered a single plain butter burger with cheese. On the screen it said double and I tried to get the lady's attention, but the truck ahead of me was very loud, so I waited until I got up to the window. When I got up to the window the lady was going to hand me a bag of food and I said, is that a single or double and she said double and I politely said it's suppose to be single. She rolled up her eyes and in a discusted voice she said, WELL NOW YOU HAVE TOO WAIT and I said that's ok I will wait and she was so angry at me that I said to her, don't be angry at me and in a loud voice she said, I'M NOT and closed the window on me. I had asked to talk to the manager and she closed the window again and ignored me cause I did not need to be spoken to like that. I was so confused on why she was acting like that, it's just a simple mistake on the order and I was willing to pull ahead and wait. I really don't want to deal with her again."

"A month ago they didn't have lids or straws for dine in, and didn't tell you till you ordered your very large drink... This last time we went, they DID have lids and straws for dine in, but no crackers for chili WHICH they didn't say anything about until I got my food and went up to ask about it. "Like most fast food places, sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is definitely at the non-ok end of the spectrum. 5/6/22, 8:06. A Butterburger original ordered. By the image from the online menu, I did not ask for onions, add tomato/letter/babkon/Ketchup/mayo. The sandwich had tomatoes, ketchup and bacon. No salad, no pickles, no mustard. I really don't know what happened to the rest of my sandwich. And my fried cheese curd had no marinara sauce, the buyer did not even ask. Yippee."

"I had the Double Culver's Deluxe with no pickles and an extra crispy gluten-free bun, along with medium fries and a medium Concrete Mixer with salted caramel and Heath Bar bites. Culver's has the best gluten-free options I've found anywhere. The sandwich comes in a sealed pocket, so be sure to eat it within half an hour while it's still fresh and warm, or it can become hard. The fries were good too. While it's not as good as Wendy's or McDonald's, it's definitely better than many other fast-food places."

"This is our local Culver's and it's our go-to spot for dinner when we don't feel like cooking and have a bit of time to spare. It's always bustling, and the staff is typically wonderful. I can't recall ever having a bad meal here. The Culver's Cod Dinner and roasted shrimp are perfect for Lent. Your onion rings are excellent, but the cheese curds can be a bit heavy; a lighter bread would be a nice touch. On a positive note, the nutrition root beer at Culver's is fantastic!"

"at culver’s in marion. went through Drive-thru sat and waited for our food for 25 minutes, girl went on the parking went back to the load with our bag eating cuz she did not see on our day. I didn't have our desserts. still 5 to 10 minutes waited kitty in and finally got the food they had not yet made. that was cold. Now we have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get hot food and our concrete melt in the car. I don't understand. I worked for 30 years in food service and it was never like that and everything we have was here, here you eat is no excuses or offer for the long wait and then make it again when eating."

"The staff here is great! They are always friendly and attentive no matter how busy they are. The staff is always apologetic if there is any wait for your food. The wait is not a problem for me because the food is always fresh. They keep the restaurant clean and well stocked with paper products and condiments. In my opinion they have the best fast-food menu out there. They gave burgers, chicken, and fish. I know others do to but the quality of food just seems superior to others. If you are a fan of root beer you’ll be happy to know that they also have their own Signature Root Beer. And… Don’t forget the custard and everything that can be made with it! (I have never been told that they do not have any or that the machine was broken) I would give them 5 stars if it was not for the following problems at this location: The easiest exit only rally allows you to go one direction (East) on 96th Street. To go another direction (West on 96th or to the stores nearby) you need to drive through their parking lot and through the drive through line if they are busy. They have a small drive through line so if they get busy (which does happen often) their line backs up through their parking lot and into the road leading into the stores in the area. Because of the above information the parking lot and drive through can be dangerously congested when they are busy."
