"I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled orders. I was a bit hesitant when I saw the long line of cars, but they seemed to move fairly quickly. After placing my order, I noticed that while the employee grabbed some ketchup, there was only one order of fries in the bag. Upon checking the receipt, I realized he had missed my request for two orders. I spoke up and asked if I could get another order of fries, even though I was reluctant to delay anyone behind me. Fortunately, they got my second order ready quite fast. I appreciate the efficient service, but my Bacon Beef Cheese Sandwich was a little... messy, and I couldn't finish it because it fell apart. Also, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil—I couldn't finish those either. Otherwise, it would have been a five-star experience!"
