"This was our final opportunity to give Arby's another chance after a previous bad experience. We had coupons for a meal with small fries and drinks, but we wanted to upgrade to large sizes and pay the difference. However, we were told this was not possible by the manager. Frustrated by the lack of flexibility, we ended up paying for the meals without using the coupons. To make matters worse, when we ordered a large shake it was not substituted for the drinks as we had hoped, but added as an additional cost. Overall, our experience at Arby's in Socorro was disappointing. While we may have had a meal thrown at us in Silver City, at least we weren't charged $58."

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited for over 10 minutes for our food and eventually decided to leave. We have no intention of returning in the future.

Food was ok. Service was good. Inside was dirty. Floor was very sticky and there was a large spill by the drink machine that no one attempted to clean up in the 30 mins it took us to eat our food. It was not busy either.
