"This is not a review of the TGI-Fridays restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, but rather a 1-star review for Open Table regarding their handling of our reservation. We had a reservation through Open Table for 6:00 p.m. on December 24, but when we arrived at 5:50 p.m., the restaurant was closed and locked. It was incredibly disappointing that Open Table would confirm a reservation for a restaurant that was not open at the scheduled time. This left us in a tough spot as most other restaurants in the area were already closed. After this experience, we have decided not to use Open Table again."
