"We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and were seated almost immediately. We waited 10 minutes before the waiter took our drink order. After ordering drinks, food, and chips and salsa as an appetizer, we waited for our drinks to arrive, which took about 10 minutes, but the chips did not come promptly. The waiter left after dropping off the drinks and did not return for at least another 10-15 minutes. When we inquired about the chips, they arrived 30 minutes after we ordered them, with the salsa being warm from sitting under heat lamps. We then waited over an hour for our food to be served, which was cold and barely edible, having congealed in some places. Despite reminding the waiter about the lack of silverware, it was never brought to us. Eventually, we had to ask the hostess for silverware. After finishing our meal, we requested a drink refill which did not arrive until we had finished eating. We also ordered dessert and the check at the same time, but it took an additional 15 minutes for the dessert to be served. In total, it took over 2.5 hours for our party of 8, including 3 kids, to order and be served. Despite not being exceptionally busy, the service was slow and several other parties of similar size experienced similar issues. The experience was disappointing and some diners ended up leaving with mostly uneaten food."

this is not a review for the TGI-Fridays restaurant in north myrtle beach, but a 1-star review of open table in this restaurant. we had a confirmed open table reservation on December 24th for 18:00. we have 5:50 clock the restaurant closed. why would open table accept a reservation for a restaurant that was not open at the time of the reservation? this is most unacceptable when we are in a bad situation, as few restaurants in the opposite were already closed. we will not use open table again. We arrived for our reservation on time and were informed that there could be a wait of up to 45 minutes. Despite seeing several empty tables, we were not seated promptly. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed as she was attending to all the tables. Unfortunately, she did not return to refill our drinks or inquire about our meal. It appears that this restaurant consistently has a problem with not having enough staff to manage the tables. As a result, we were very disappointed and did not enjoy the food.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. I ordered drinks and waited for 20 minutes without receiving them, despite multiple waiters walking past my table and clearly seeing that I had not been served. I didn't even get a chance to try the food because of the long wait for drinks and the fact that a large party that came in after me had already placed their orders and been served. Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave. When I mentioned the issue with our waitress to the staff, they did not offer any assistance. I would suggest requesting a different server if you encounter one named Summer at this establishment.
