"Does the Food Safety Administration really not care about such unscrupulous businesses? Is it possible that they operate without any regulation? I can't count how many times I've purchased their Happy Meal only to find spoiled milk inside. This is unacceptable—it's meant for children! What if something happened to a child after consuming it? My one-year-old had a difficult time expressing himself after drinking that milk. Luckily, his brother took a sip and said, “Mom, this milk smells bad.” If he hadn’t, the outcome could have been dire.
Milk is a staple for many people in the United States. How can a restaurant serve expired milk, especially in kids' meals? I urge everyone to be cautious with this shady establishment and always check the expiration date on their milk. Normally, I would overlook issues like flies or hair at a restaurant, but as a mother, I can’t accept such negligence towards any child. This led me to confront the manager. I made it clear that they need to carefully check their products and ensure they aren’t serving spoiled milk—especially to children—rather than seeking a refund or compensation.
I didn’t expect that my concerns would be met with indifference. The manager was incredibly rude and aggressive towards me, which is unacceptable, especially since this is their responsibility. Because of that unpleasant experience, I haven’t bought a Happy Meal from this location in quite some time. However, when my children expressed a desire for one tonight and given the convenience of this location, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it felt like a lottery win gone wrong again, as I ended up with spoiled milk once more. I’m truly at a loss for words."
